Literally a disaster! Every time I come here! Made a mobile order but couldn’t get my food nobody would come to the window, acting like they didn’t see us, everybody sitting in line for over 30 mins while they’re just standing around not doing anything. Have $16.00 pending from my account for food I couldn’t even GET!

I sat in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes waiting for them to pull people up and take orders and then when I get there they give me a McChicken instead of a crispy chicken biscuit. Everybody that works at childersburg McDonald's breakfast shift Sunday, December 15th should be fired! And I actually hope y'all look at this review and take it seriously because Sylacauga McDonald's is bad but childersburg made Sylacauga look like the best

So I asked for extra onions and put the onions on top of my burger. Also one morning I went by for breakfast and had 2 different mobile orders. Not only did she get smart telling me I could've put it on the same order but also turned around badmouthing me to the manager because of it and tell me to pull up they will bring my hashdbrown out to the car meanwhile they were bagging up hashdbrowns for orders that came after me so I refused to pull up. She goes to say she got customers as if I wasn't a customer. Then she gave me the has brown for the second order. Childersburg McDonald's need training on dealing with customers and how to actually make the sandwiches.

Went inside to order and sit down before school and there were 3 people in front of us that hadn't even gotten their order taken. One last walked out and said she wouldn't suggest going in there. We then went through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes. The service here is ridiculous.

They said they would give me 4 chicken nuggets on the box, I got 3 (I suspect my mother ate one) and then my bottom bun is burnt.

Food was great when you got it. From ordering to getting your food takes forever waited almost 40 minutes but it was hot and fresh so if you don't mind waiting go I still go because they have good food.

Have done online ordering several times at different shifts. Giving them abt 15 minutes per order still have to wait for people who order after me at the restaurant.
Ordered two sausage egg McMuffin sandwiches. They were lukewarm, and under cooked. I've had this experience ever since the bagel sandwich was reintroduced.

Gave my food that I paid for to another customer and told me they couldn't do anything about it now. This has happened not once, twice, but thrice in this location. Do not buy food from this place if you actually want to eat. If McDonald's cared about the brand they'd shut this location down for good. Stealing isn't ok.

I got a hankering for a burger at McDonalds. I got a frosty and a dbl qtr pounder. I wanted to purchase the McDonald theme cup. Girl told me I had to purchase a meal. I said and I can get THAT cup? Yes ma'am. Ok I will take a 10 piece meal. 1) 2nd time my frosty is not stirred, no mcflurry spoon in it. So I know it was not. 2) i got fricken Hello kitty cup. Disappointed as I would not have spent $25 for a meal I did not eat for the wrong cup.

I ordered a Large Strawberry Milkshake. Young folks MAY NO LONGER KNOW WHERE TO PEE, but the ones working at McDonald's CERTAINLY DO KNOW how to draw a Strawberry Milkshake from the ice cream machine!
