On 5/8/2025 around 1130pm, I visited the Taco Bell drive thru on Childersburg where I was dismissively greeted by the young girl at the window, who seemed very uninterested to perform her duties and provided poor service. She was very snippy with her tone and was quick to say they were out of Pepsi and Starry drink, then she charged me for Dr. Pepper when I said “no” and tried to force me to take it. I also ordered and was charged for 2 Cinnabons which were not put in my takeout bag…which I realized after arriving home. Additionally, when I asked for Mild Sauce at the window, she was snippy and quickly said they were out as if she didn’t want to bother to check. When I refused to take the Dr. Pepper and she realized I was unhappy with her service, she magically found some Mild Sauce ant the front counter and put it in my bag. With this poor service and lack of care with her performance, this employee should not be attending the window. The manager should seriously reconsider her longevity at this location.

Mrs Amy K at the drive thru is the best I call her my friend every time I come through there and that a is a couple times a week. She makes you want to come back to this location. She is always smiling and has the best customer service always makes sure the customers gets what they need. Just know me and our business at Jones Off Road Services LLC loves Mrs Amy K! Best fast food with a drive thru in Childersburg!

I came to this Taco Bell on 4/14/25. The afternoon crew was real rude they wouldnt say anything besides the total of the order and then we went back in cause they gave us the wrong order and had to stand there 10 minutes before someone helped us. The lady that helped us (idk her name but she’s always friendly) apologized for the wait. She was the only nice one there! This is the second time that they messed up my order and it was the same crew! I don’t do many reviews but i definitely recommend coming earlier in the day if possible
I use the Taco Bell app to place my orders because I want to get points but I always go to the Childersburg location. Amy K is the friendliest Taco Bell employee that has ever waited on me. She makes sure that my order is correct, ensures that everything is placed in the bag carefully, wipes off the sides of the drinks, all while speaking to you kindly. She makes going to Taco Bell a pleasant experience.

Don't waste your time. The people working inside won't even take your order on the intercom if it's raining. And they won't give you any explanation. They'll let you sit there until you figure out no one is gonna take your order. It would be fine if they said they were closed or they actually were closed. But they wasn't.
