My order is wrong almost every time I go. This time I ordered my tacos with no tomato and paid 90 cents per taco to add cheese. When I got home, they were loaded with tomatoes and got no cheese.. if it was just once or twice this sort of thing had happened I wouldn't say anything because I know the service industry can be difficult at times, but this is ridiculous.

Never ate. Walked in the girl behind the counter would not take our order said we had to use the kiosk. Started our order and they only had unsweet tea from the soda fountain......we left!!!

I have been really excited about the new Taco Bell In Sylacauga. Tonight I stopped by to order food forMy mom and I. The entire order was wrong and tomatoes were on the Mexican pizza in the bag. I have a tomato allergy. I checked my receipt and all of this was on there. I go back around, ( which was irritating because there were four cars ahead of me) I stated the problem, I was told to pull around and I was given my (correct) order that had to be sitting there since I was given the wrong order. I did not realize this until I got home. My food was Luke warm and the other part of my order still had tomatoes on it. I spent 15.00 to not be able to enjoy my meal.
