The guy that seems to be working the counter every time we order is trying his best to accommodate customers. I ordered online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. He said 5 more minutes, and I had my order within those 5 minutes.
They're under new management, but they still need help. My food was burnt. They should have just owned up to it and fixed it, but no. See photo.

crazy bread was burnt to a crisp...very disappointed
Imagine being a first responder who has not had a chance to eat, and getting this as your only meal for the day....why would you even send this out of the kitchen?
