Miserable to a fault. Service at this location is terrible, staff seem to want to be anywhere else but at work, and were rude to my wife, and to top it all off, myself and my daughter were both blessed with excellent cases of food poisoning thanks to the tainted beef in the Big Macs that we ate...do better!
All of these people whining and fussing about service clearly never worked a day in their life with food service, dealing with customers all day who have been unnecessarily rude. I personally LOVE this location, come through anytime I'm around the area and the employees are amazing. Especially the ones during the day. They need a raise, I'd say, and they need customers to be more patient. I've never been to a restaurant where I see the dirty looks employees get...
To the people who claim workers are rude, I came in and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere despite the BAD WEATHER we had. Also, to those who complain about service, maybe don't go out. These workers work hard day in and day out, sometimes are also understaffed so if you have nothing nice to say, keep your mouth shut. ?To the Citronelle workers, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK
