Pickle fries should actually contain slices of pickle. The fries I received were only the skins of pickles with breading and I did not even get ranch

Ordered online tonight and found blonde hair in my food. One was in my wrap, which disgustingly got in my mouth! I called the manager and was told very dryly to go through the app to get the issue resolved myself. After I got off the phone with him I started checking all our other food for hair, and found another one in my onion rings!! We also saw that half our order was made incorrectly! The burger we ordered had no cheese, despite paying extra for it. I asked for no tomatoes on my wraps and both of them had tomatoes. Disgusting and disappointing experience! A waste of time and money! Let’s hope I can even get my money back.

I was there at 515pm on 8/26/24 I ordered hot onion rings well the very rude young lady behind the counter mixed the old ones with my new one and the manger was there he even thought she was funny so iam goung contact headquarter and see if be rude and playing with people's food Is a quality that they stand behind
