Ordered a egg enormous it was made horrible and gross looking couldn't even eat it hash browns were cold went back in for a refund the manager got in offense mode pretty much acting racist so my advice this place needs to be investigated on how this place treats their customers 😑

They can't do online orders until you arrive I asked for my money back,they said I would have to do that online. I went online and they said they don't do online order refunds,so I lost money for food I didn't receive. I drove 5 miles my order should have been done. That's the whole idea of online ordering so you don't have a wait time for them to cook it. So I deleted their app. They should fire the manager here at the burger king in Clanton Alabama!!!! #Burger King

Food tasted like it had been cooked hours prior to ordering it. My husband got the fiery chicken sandwich and spent the night sick in the bathroom. I do not recommend anyone ever eating here

Coffee was cold. 8:30 am. Was asked for hot coffee and was told they would have to brew a fresh pot. Didn't have time to wait. Could see if it was an off.time of day but 8;30 in the morning and coffee was cold.

Was traveling and stopped in need of a bathroom. It was terrible.This place needs new management, most of the tables were dirty, the fountain machine area was disgusting. the staff was very unfriendly, the cashier walked an order out to a car in the drive thru and vaped the whole time, this place was crazy, I have never seen anything like it.

So there's Burger King, and then there's this Burger King! Always clean. The food is always freshly made and the staff is always friendly. There's an indoor play area for the kids. Lage screen TVs and various seating arrangement areas for any sized group.
