The experience tonight was the worst I’ve ever encountered. First we pay at the 1st window and that young lady was very nice and professional, but we then pull to 2nd window and had to sit there for 6 min waiting all to realize we were waiting bc the girl working the window walked passed then out the side door to her car. When she finally came back in her first response to my daughter was have you already paid? My daughter said yes maam we paid at 1st window, then replies back with a look on her face and says are you sure you paid? Was someone back there? My daughter again answered yes maam and I have the receipt. I ordered the new chicken wrap bc they look really good and when I get home and open it up there’s 4 small pieces of lettuce a tomato and a ripped up piece of chicken that is the same size as my tomato. The morning employees are always awesome and so nice but the night shift gets worse and worse.

Sat in line and waited as 3 people in front of me were served, once I was up to the register the employee walked away and started bagging food for the rest of the people in my group, they got in line the same time as me and received their food before I had even started my order. Should be a 0-5 but it dosent go low enough.

Ordered a egg enormous it was made horrible and gross looking couldn't even eat it hash browns were cold went back in for a refund the manager got in offense mode pretty much acting racist so my advice this place needs to be investigated on how this place treats their customers 😑

They need to quit rushing the meat.. 🍖 make it taste like a real smoked Burger King hamburger 🍔 I know they have changed the machines they need to put the old machines back in there they are killing their business.. corporate is killing there company from the inside out by rushing production the BURGER KING 👑 Hamburger 🍔 that it was know for it doesn't taste like a Burger King hamburger know more... Please 🙏 God fixed it

They can't do online orders until you arrive I asked for my money back,they said I would have to do that online. I went online and they said they don't do online order refunds,so I lost money for food I didn't receive. I drove 5 miles my order should have been done. That's the whole idea of online ordering so you don't have a wait time for them to cook it. So I deleted their app. They should fire the manager here at the burger king in Clanton Alabama!!!! #Burger King
Biscuits are always burnt or hard AF not sure about their lunch or dinner items

Food tasted like it had been cooked hours prior to ordering it. My husband got the fiery chicken sandwich and spent the night sick in the bathroom. I do not recommend anyone ever eating here

Coffee was cold. 8:30 am. Was asked for hot coffee and was told they would have to brew a fresh pot. Didn't have time to wait. Could see if it was an off.time of day but 8;30 in the morning and coffee was cold.
