There’s this one lady, destiny, and she is not one of the “elite employees” as the young ones say nowadays. First off there was no greeting whatsoever, which is very rude and unprofessional. She also proceeded to stare at me and have this weird look on her face. ALSO RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Longest wait I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and we went inside. A simple order. Just 4 sandwiches and a fry. Should not take this long.Come to find out, our order was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes and they cleared our order. Workers need better training. Manager was pissed because they said they handed us our food when we were just standing there waiting for it. Common sense is a scarcity these days it seems.

This is my second time posting a review. I deleted the 1st one because I was scared I'd lose my job but enough is enough. I've been here about 2 months, it's a great place too work & have decent food if prepared right. The management is horrible, I've brought a couple things to the managers attention and some were handled some weren't. There is favoritism in the workplace, discrimination, multiple safety relations are being ignored, gossip is a serious problem, I was yelled at yesterday for no reason at all besides saying I thought I had already made an order, the managers allow other employees too sit out in the lobby while others are working. They're allowing unauthorized employees tell other team members what to do as if they're in a management or team leader position. Certain managers are still keeping up trouble outside & inside of the workplace after I've notified our regional manager. I will be putting my 2 weeks notice in very soon if they don't try nn fire me before then. I've been labeled as crazy by the nightshift crew I started out with, they've changed my schedule after asking me & I said no. I come to work too see that my belongings are being stolen. They are allowing people to violate my personal social media account and make false statements towards me at work about it. I'm contacting corporate as soon as I get a chance. 2/28/ I called in to see what time I had to go in today because they thought I was lieing about being sick I was told don't come back until then I brought my excuse yesterday. Now they've completely took me off the schedule.

I come here often, and have always have a pleasant experience. Until today, when I pulled to the second window to receive my food, I'm assuming she was a manager, she was hateful basically threw my ice cream cone at me, when I asked for napkins she huffs and throws some in the bag then shoved it at me. I drove away only to find my chesse burger was burnt, dry and old. I've never had an issue until today. Hope to see better in the future.

We went through the drive thru. I am loving that they have mushroom Swiss burgers now and they are great! My son just loves their cheese burgers and ice cream. We have never had any problem with the service there, either. #
Only car in line, too 10 mins to give me a chicken sandwich with luck warm meat, and ice cold bread. Didn't realize till I got 1 mile away. They always F you at the drive thru. I'll never stop at this BK

So apparently this Burger King don't hire anyone with any traffic misdemeanors. Moved from Birmingham and worked BK for a year and moved to Clanton. Put a application in and spoke to the Manger, she stated we can't hire you because you have a misdemeanor on background. Funny how I use to be a correctional officer with my charges but can't get a job a Burger King. WOW!
They keep the place clean. The food is generally fresh. The kids love the indoor playground which if it's raining outside is great.?
