Restaurant has no air conditioning. We could not enjoy the food since it was too hot. We were here months ago and they didn’t have air then but figured it would be fixed by now. They were out of several sauces and it took forever to get our food. Will not be back.

Went at 3p. Not enough staff, 2 people only. Waitress busy, had to work window, front counter, deliver food and clean tables. Food great as usual. Their crab cakes are horrible, could barely see any crab, let alone taste any crab. No crispy to it as all.

I've been working here about a month now, love the job. I have the best hiring manager an employee could ask for. This past week has been the hardest since I've started. I was asked too be a manager, when asked I replied sure, if I'd make more money. I accepted the role & responsibility that came with it. Every since then I've been treated a little differently, I'm already not a people person & the people in position of power are very childish, inconsiderate, envious etc. All I wanted was a raise for my work ethic.

If you REALLY, REALLY LOVE salt, this is your place. For any heart patients out there, avoid this place like the plague for the same reason. The salt was so strong, it made me feel sick, or could the food have caused it and the salt covered up the real problem. The service was extremely slow. Guaranteed I will not be back.

I spent over 60 bucks on three meals with drinks and desert...ordered 2 four piece fish dinners with slaw n loaded baked potatoes and a four piece chicken dinner with loaded baked potato and slaw... to go...no butter no sour cream only two napkins and i waited 35 mins...to get cold baked potatoes warm cole slaw n semi warm fish and chicken. I am very dissapointed with the service and quality of food i got.

Was out of mozzarella sticks chose too short instead of doing right. Said they were going to exchange it for funnel Stix. Didn't had too come back for the difference. Do not eat here. The food is the same as the workers. Poor.

The food was horrible. The restaurant was filthy. My husband walked in the rest room and turned around and walked out. He said it was disgusting. We will NEVER go back.

We ordered thru the drive-thru. Once we pulled up to the window to pay, no one came to the window for over 5 minutes, once the girl came and took our payment, she immediately shut the window and never came back for over 40 minutes. The inside doors were locked. When we finally got our food, it was so cold and the fries tasted very old and stale. She gave us the wrong drink and No condiments and shut the window so fast and walked off.
Horrible customer service doesn't even begin to describe this place. I do not at all recommend this place to ANYONE! Will not ever go back.

This place is a joke wait in like 30 minutes for my food then finally they claim it's ready then come to find out they gave my food to the people ahead of us and now I had to wait another 10 minutes for fast food absolute joke if your in a hurry don't get your food here unless you have an hour to wait for your food. To top it all off the food wasn't even good!

Absolutely unacceptable management. CHECK your food before your leave the drive through. Us plus 4 other cars waited 30 minutes on our order and everyone’s was swapped up and messed up by the time they finally gave food out. Drinks watered down and pointless by the time you get food. Inside of the restaurant was also filled with upset customers.
