My experience there is always good I don't know if I catch it just at the right time I'm there frequently and I love it

We waited awhile for our order . Noticed other people that came in after us was getting their orders. Asked obout our order . Gave her the receipt to check and she told me that they had dropped the order. We finally got our order . She never said sorry for the wait or anything. The food was good. Just customer service was not so good.

Waited over 30 min for a food at clanton. watched 10 new people get served who cane after us. They seen us standing there and didn't ask if we were ok. After getting their attention they they cancled our order. No apology, nothing. Just made us wait longer and seemed to not care.

It’s upsetting when you see an older gentleman who kindly asked for a refund for waiting more than thirty minutes to get his food that never came and everyone else was served, the manager (short very skinny girl I believe with glasses) borderline cuss him out and yell at him. I guess he finally got his refund and left after she even told the cashiers to not give him the refund, I’m sorry but that’s stealing. And when talked to other employees there well after the incident when we were leaving they said it’s become the norm there with that particular manager. So tells me it’s been done before and brought to the attention of higher management and she has not been fired. We will not be back for a long time to the chilton county location. This is sad! Please do better!

Restaurant has no air conditioning. We could not enjoy the food since it was too hot. We were here months ago and they didn’t have air then but figured it would be fixed by now. They were out of several sauces and it took forever to get our food. Will not be back.

Went at 3p. Not enough staff, 2 people only. Waitress busy, had to work window, front counter, deliver food and clean tables. Food great as usual. Their crab cakes are horrible, could barely see any crab, let alone taste any crab. No crispy to it as all.

I've been working here about a month now, love the job. I have the best hiring manager an employee could ask for. This past week has been the hardest since I've started. I was asked too be a manager, when asked I replied sure, if I'd make more money. I accepted the role & responsibility that came with it. Every since then I've been treated a little differently, I'm already not a people person & the people in position of power are very childish, inconsiderate, envious etc. All I wanted was a raise for my work ethic.

If you REALLY, REALLY LOVE salt, this is your place. For any heart patients out there, avoid this place like the plague for the same reason. The salt was so strong, it made me feel sick, or could the food have caused it and the salt covered up the real problem. The service was extremely slow. Guaranteed I will not be back.
