This is the best I've seen this Captain D's in years! I even told the manager that she needs to keep up the good work. Food was great. Service was Good. We received everything in timely manner.

Our fish was old. As soon as my husband big into it he spat it right out. He could taste the ammonia in it. I tore my fish in half and it smelled horrible. Super upset about that. The girl at the drive thru was super sweet though. Food was definitely made to order but that dish was definitely spoiled.

We waited awhile for our order . Noticed other people that came in after us was getting their orders. Asked obout our order . Gave her the receipt to check and she told me that they had dropped the order. We finally got our order . She never said sorry for the wait or anything. The food was good. Just customer service was not so good.

Waited over 30 min for a food at clanton. watched 10 new people get served who cane after us. They seen us standing there and didn't ask if we were ok. After getting their attention they they cancled our order. No apology, nothing. Just made us wait longer and seemed to not care.

It’s upsetting when you see an older gentleman who kindly asked for a refund for waiting more than thirty minutes to get his food that never came and everyone else was served, the manager (short very skinny girl I believe with glasses) borderline cuss him out and yell at him. I guess he finally got his refund and left after she even told the cashiers to not give him the refund, I’m sorry but that’s stealing. And when talked to other employees there well after the incident when we were leaving they said it’s become the norm there with that particular manager. So tells me it’s been done before and brought to the attention of higher management and she has not been fired. We will not be back for a long time to the chilton county location. This is sad! Please do better!
