Can't say just how disappointed I am. My first buffalo chicken sandwich didn't have any meat so I called and they said they would send another and whoever made the second thought it was fun to not put the meat on the bread but in the bottom of the box. They need some new employees and managers fast. Kevin pay attention to what's happening in the store bud.

I had done a pick up, upon arriving home realized they did not include the 3 sauces I paid for. Immediately called back and asked for a refund they would not refund me the sauces that I paid for. I think that’s very unfair & unethical business practices. You should not have to pay for items you didn’t receive. The one star is for the service over the phone not the curbside employee. They mentioned something about a credit and I asked if it would be on my account and they said no, it would be attached to my phone number. We will see if I ever get the 3 sauces for free (that I already paid for) at a later date.
