Regular customer here and love the food!
I do want to say ,a little friendliness would be nice. Somehow I feel like I am putting the servers out by being there. With that said, I do want to commend the kind folks who have a smile and act like we are appreciated.

Used to go through the drive-thru for morning breakfast but I had to use the bathroom this morning and it was disgusting. I guarantee if they don't even take the time to properly clean the toilet then they aren't doing the same with meal prep stations either.

Staff are always top notch. Food is good. Atmosphere is great. Only negative is seeing dead flies in window sills and having to eat on ever sticky tables. I think it's the actual tables. They are not ideal.

Tonight December 31, 2024 I was served the Hamburger Steak plate with green beans and cold slaw. The biscuit was the best I've ate in a very long time. I came in 4th at the cookout back in 2004. The flavor was Moms. Thank you. They were short of help. 10 is what I give them.

My experience was terrible today 10/23/2024 at approximately 5:30a. Went through the drive-through and started off with the steak biscuit combo, then changed my mind and asked for the ultimate bacon sandwich with a large dr pepper and large hashbrowns. We'll they didn't ring up the hashbrowns, and I ended up going inside to get this corrected, and when I tell they little Ole lady, I think her name is Judy (I could be wrong) this dude comes around the corner after serving another customer being rude with her and tries to be rude with me. Now im a pretty paid back, but I don't take to kindly to be cause I'll speak up for myself and let you know that you're in the wrong. Anyways, the dude tries telling me I'm wrong and getting loud about it, and I had to repeat myself multiple times that if "you wasn't so high you would've heard me the first time" and then he pretty pushes the lady that was trying to ring the hashbrowns up and just says give them to him and walks away mumbling. That is completely uncalled for and unprofessional and if that's the way he treats customers I pray the coworkers. I know if he was under my employment his ass would be gone because I don't want anyone like that working for me.
