Drive through got orders wrong and food was dry. One of the worst Jacks I've been to. Come on guys what happened to quality?

First off I love Jacks. Always have. But for the last three visits they dropped the ball. I just left drive thru after driving in pouring rain for the 15 minute drive from my house. I ordered and drove to window to pay. I asked lady at window to make sure I had Apple, not Strawberry pies, because I've gotten wrong pies on 2 previous occasions. She confirmed I had apple. I didn't find this out until I got home that I had the wrong pies again. Next. I opened my meal box to find my four chicken fingers swimming in green bean juice. All the liquid from beans was in section with chicken, making them very soggy. Taste of course was affected greatly. My wife opened her meal to find the comeback sauce without a lid and the sauce in her coleslaw. And lastly. Very few fries in one meal, and not too many more in second meal. It's seems for $22.00 and change, you'd get more fries, but no problem. The other issues though were definitely not up to the standards I've grown accustomed to as a lifelong customer and fan of Jacks.

Jack's biscuits are almost up there with Hardee's and that is saying a lot, very good sausage biscuits. Of course my adopted daughter thinks there is nothing like Jack's, she wishes they would open one in Tennessee where she lives.

It was ok for a fast food chain. The burger was good. Looked mostly like the picture. The fries were surprising. It took me a minute to figure out what was unique. Then I realized it had a hint of butter taste. It was really good. The bathroom was not bad but could be a little cleaner. Dinning room was about the same. Ok but could be cleaner. If you eat at other fast food burger joints, you should give it a try.

Seems like there is always 2 or more employees standing by the door smoking and throw their cigarettes butts right in the parking lot, just take a look. There is usually cigarettes on the ledge by window. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Food is always good and service is acceptable. I eat Jacks a lot and will be back. They just need to give the employees some guidance on when, where to smoke and dispose of their butts. Typical with smokers though, the world is their ashtray.
Visited the same Jacks today. (2 weeks after 1st rating) Same issue, 3 employees standing by door smoking and throwing their cigarette butts onto parking lot. They even leave half smoked ones on ledge for later. Unacceptable and disgusting. Obviously management doesn’t care. I will not be back.
Possibly the best and fastest Jacks drive through experience ever. I was shocked. So fast. Order perfect. Friendly speaker person and window person.

I usually love Jack's but this particular store was ran down! There was water dripping from the ceiling and you can see mold where the roof has been leaking. The ladies restroom was DISGUSTING, and the main manager was there giving an interview for a management position. He never said a word about the chaos the dining room was in he got done interviewing and then got in his truck and went home. It wasn't busy either so there was no need for it to be in the shape it was in. The food was not as good to me.
