The food is really good if you go early but don't go a hour before they close definitely need improvement the closer it gets to closing time

I stopped today to get a 3 pc big box, a breast and 2 thighs. The 3rd time they brought it out they got it right. To tell you the truth I wish I'd got my money back. The first thigh was so old you couldn't get the skin off of it the other was bad greasy. The potatoes had a bad smell and the slaw tasted like the potatoes smelled. The breast was OK, but the biscuit had a finger hole in the middle of it, so try it at your own risk
For quick and simple food and friendly service... Some may think the downside is you may have to wait a few minutes for a special order but that just means they make it fresh so that's fine with me.

Went to get some chicken for my husband and son Friday night and spent $41.00 on the 12 pc Meal only to realize we got 8 wings and 3 breast 1 thigh. Not worth it at all plus Saturday my son and husband woke up with food poisoning from it. We will NEVER go to the clanton kfc again!!!!

I stopped there on Sunday drive through window 6/23/2024 and I couldn't get a 3 piece chicken wings only and then had a hard time getting my money back something needs to be done with the staff people were lined up waiting everywhere very disappointing.

I made an order online on Saturday night around 913pm. I get to the drive through and the cashier said they were out of food and the cook went home at 8pm. She explained they I needed to cancel the order online. I checked the app there was no option to cancel. So, decided to call the store the next day. I got hung up on 3times. I finally decided to go down there and explain to the manager I just wanted a refund or the food I paid for. I didn't get the manager name , but she explained to me that drive through was supposed to have food last night. The manager decided to call the cashier that worked last night while I'm in the store. Smh ??♀️. This girl was so scared! I understand she didn't tell the truth but she didn't deserve to be put on blast in front of a customer! Honestly ,why y'all are serving food that was cooked at 8pm until 11pm? And why is she running a store alone? I hope that cashier is blessed with a better opportunity. This place seems toxic! This is a management issue!
