I thought it was funny we were eating at the same place that made “the tea”.

The food was great. The wait for the food was a bit longer than I felt like it would have been. I ordered a shake after my meal, and it took over 20 minutes to get it. I ended up having to ask a manager about it. There was no one remotely trying to make it. Once I told her, she got right in it. The cashier was nice. Bathrooms needed a deep cleaning.

We stopped through today on our way back home from traveling. It was our first time trying Milo’s. The manager, Richard went above and beyond to tell us about all the different sauces and the food. We were able to try all the sauces before we ordered. Everything came out hot and fresh. The grilled tenders & fried tenders were both delicious along with the saucy fries. Don’t sleep on their sweat tea and fried pies. 😋. We will definitely stop again when traveling through.
We stopped traveling through. Never ate here or heard of it. Decided to stop. Had a great experience. Manager went above and beyond to tell us about the food, their sauces, and amazing tea! Definitely recommend this location!!

Traveled quite a bit last year / earlier this year and always had positive stops with hot fresh food. However since memorial day last week and this week it was my 3rd time stopping in . Not sure if food has changed or just quality/service but things continue to decline the past few weeks. Not a lot of food offerings at this exit to choose from. Service and speed was also underwhelming. Looks like I'll need to find another place / exit to stop. Maybe I was just lucky in the past always getting chicken that just came or maybe quality was just controlled better.

At 11am on Tuesday, they were quick to take my order at speaker/menu stand in drive thru but after that it took at least 10 mins to get order... It was correct with no onions but the meat tastes different... I think they have changed supplier or brand or something...
