Its been a long time since we had gone to Paco's Taco's so we decided to go for Taco Tuesday. Small print on the Taco Tuesday sign is that the taco's are 'street taco's' which are about three bites worth. We ordered quite a few of the hard shell shredded beef tacos (at almost $2.50 each), and a couple of street tacos (carnitas) with rice and beans. The street taco tortillas were very tough and hard to chew altho the meat was ok. The hard shelled tacos were stale tasting and very hard and dry. Even the shredded beef in them tasted old and stale. The salsa bowls were empty. The beans were very thick and dry but the rice was pretty good even tho it wasn't what I would call Spanish rice. (it was white rice with peas and carrots in it)… We paid over $30.00 for the food and threw out several tacos because they were so hard. The food has never been bad like this before and I wonder if ownership has changed. I couldn't recommend what we ate today, and I'm not sure that we will go there again.
