I have ordered several times to pick up in the store, I have never had to wait. The pizza is as I ordered, nothing bad to say. Only once have I had to wait on the phone line for almost 8 minutes, so I hung up and dialed again and they answered me the first time. Overall good service

I have nothing but good things to say about our new Pizza Hut. I have been 4 times so far, and every time I have had excellent service and my food was delicious.

To keep it short I waited two hours for a pizza that was “ready” and it wasn’t. The manager is clueless.

It was very hard for me to get mad about my experience because I love pizza huts bbq pizza SO much! But this experience was quite terrible. I placed my order for two large BBQ pizzas around 7pm. I looked at 7:15 and the order said it was ready so I got my three year old and we headed to pick up. I get there around 7:30 and there are people in the lobby that have been waiting since 6:30. They all said “good luck” and we stood there until 8:20 and not a single pizza was given out. So I got a little frustrated and asked where my pizza was or how long it was going to take to get it and the manager (Ruth, a very old lady who had no idea what she was doing) couldn’t give me an answer on when it would be done or what the hold up was. So I’ve been standing there so long at this point I know what everyone in the lobby is waiting on and I started asking for other peoples orders because I seen that their warmers were full. Some poor guy had been waiting longer than me and his pizza was just sitting in the warmer. No one was clearing orders. There was one girl who started three days ago and she was begging for someone to help her get a label for something and no one would help her so of course she started to break down in tears. There was a teenage boy who literally stood around looking clueless and then left everyone else to go make out with his gf in the bathroom. There were three other employees there and one lady who was making the pizzas was the only one that knew what she was doing. There were pizzas on the rack waiting to be boxed for so long. Ruth and the other lady at the window had no idea what they were doing and couldn’t find anyone’s order. I could go into so much more but I honestly don’t feel like reliving it in detail. Whoever is over this store better get new management, especially for Friday nights. If they don’t the will not last and it will shut down very soon.

The pizza was just as good as I remember. Glad to have pizza hut back in town. The brownie cake wasn't good. But the pizza was fine.

Trying out new pizza Hut in clanton. This will be my first trip and my last trip.
First off, it was very hot inside which makes for miserable dine in experience.
Second, the lady at register had no clue how to use register. The manager was in a booth on her cell phone. Lady at register made 3 trips to booth to ask how to ring up our one pizza order. All 3 trips the manager never got off her phone, and seemed perturbed that she was being asked for help. Again: never got off her phone. After the 3rd trip, lady and register finally got it right after many failed attempts.
If you open a business I think you should have trained employees. If you manage a business, you need to get off your phone and go to register when there's a problem.
Horrible management. Horrible.

Ordered box meal which included cinnamon sticks bread stickssauce and a Square Pizza light sauce sausage on half. I got a round Pizza with heavy sauce breadsticks but no dipping sauce and cinnamon sticks in a bag.. what is the sense ordering stuff the way we want it why not just put a tab on there that says you just fix it however the hell you want to... I'm a truck driver this is my only shot at something hot for dinner and I picked Pizza hut!!

They close when they get "too busy". Who the hell does that? And they were closed at 4pm on a SATURDAY!!! Ok so what happens when they slow down after they've told everyone they're closed? Do they reopen? Nope!

This Pizza Hut management/service/restaurant in general is a joke! They don’t have a clue what’s even going on at all..! Took well over a hour and a half to get our food. We watched them give drive thru orders when people in lobby where waiting still just a joke

Ordered online 8/10/24. Got the confirmation email stating it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there, they "could not find my order". I showed the confirmation email. The employee told me they couldn't make what I ordered because they are "closed for the day". This was at around 3pm. I just saw on FB many others had the same experience today. I don't know who owns the franchise but I do feel sorry for them. This will certainly have a negative impact on their business.

Phenomenal service! My online order was ready in less than 15 minutes! The pizza was sooo yummy! So glad they decided to rebuild this pizza hut! Thank you for a wonderful experience!🙌🏼

Ordered online two pepperoni pizzas both large and one was to be regular crust and one thin crust We got two cheese pizzas thin crust which were as hard as cardboard We called and they stayed this is what we ordered and gave us no option for replacement If you are new trying to impress people to buy pizza from you instead of one of the other 3 pizza shops you would think they would try to make their mistakes right instead of saying this is your problem not ours
