We just left and had a to go order. We ordered two pizzas, one was still raw in the middle and my pesto pizza didn’t even have any pesto on it.

Ordered online. Came to pick up pizza thru the drive thru window. Clicked pay in person at store. Black girl added over a $4 tip to my order without asking me for a tip she automatically added 10% and she did nothing for me except hand the pizza thru the window. Be careful coming here. Check receipts. Will not be coming back again. If she would of asked it would of been different but adding over $4 for a tip without my consent is why im mad about it.

Great melts, but the staff seem to have trouble following instructions for more complicated orders. Most of the staff are friendly, but it seems to be slowly getting worse since opening. They need to treat their friendly people better or else they're going to leave. Dining in is not a pleasurable experience, the Tik-Tok reels on the television out of the 3 different screens is probably the worst offender next to the Soviet-style decor.

Did not receive part of order. DoorDash said it wasn’t his fault, that’s all Pizza Hut said we had. Pizza Hut said “oh no we didn’t”. PH said I could come get it if I wanted it…after I paid them to deliver it. They can’t bring it, and they can’t refund it. I can have a credit on my account. Said credit is nowhere to be found when ordering online. So I can use the credit if I call the store to order, and don’t use the online coupons, and spend 15 minutes in the phone giving them all my credit card information. So basically I just paid for items I will never receive and they get to keep the money.

it was closed, on a Sunday 4-6-25 afternoon around 1:30 ,workers were present inside, but doors locked. tried it again on 4-26-25 open ,we dined in and the food and service was very good,

Told it would be 20 min. Pulled up to drive through 20 min later. Wasn't ready. I had to wait in line another 15 minutes.
Waited two hours for my food that never came. Then called the store 4 times and they wouldn't answer. Called corporate and they weren't any help either. Will not be ordering from here ever again!!

My family and I ordered the new cheesy bit pizza and it was awful. The cheesy bites literally looked like old toes and the pizza didn’t even fill half the box! Would highly recommend not using this one and take the extra drive to Jemison Pizza Hut!

I have no idea about the food yet but, I got here 20min after placing my order for pick up (said it would be ready in 15) and they hadn't started on it yet. Now it's showing ready on the app, and I can't go in to get it because they've locked the doors. So, I've been in this drive through line for 30 minutes waiting to get to the drive through window. Why would they not have people just pull forward if their stuff isn't done like mine wasn't? On top of that, they could have somebody from inside bringing orders out if they don't want to let people in. So, I'm going to end up with an order that has sat around for God knows how long by the time I'm able to actually get it. Great job Management.... I'll bet Walmart has a greeter position open for ya
