I came in here today to use the restroom because I was working outside next door and there were no other places close by.
After working in the air for hours and temperatures, coming back down dirty and half frozen doesn't seem to make for the most ideal customer.
But without even missing a beat after I washed off in the bathroom, I came back out and the cashier was already asking me if I was ready to order.
I had ideas of an order, but not an on the spot order. She let me look a bit and said that spicy chicken sandwich combo looks good
I ordered that from the next front facing working at a register. She hooked me up today. Went above and beyond to help a customer she didn't have to.
Whoever was running the front register today, she should get some kind of recognition. She's the sadly rare mix of a person who is skilled and also cares about their customers.
My food was also great.

Ignorant. That's the word that comes to mind. I will never return here again. They put my boneless wings in a carton with holes in a bag too small on top of the fries. So I pull the carton out that is in there sideways and all the sauce pours out onto my car seat, my carpet, my console, my cup holder, and my car mat. It's on my leather seat in the tiny pin holes that are part of the design. I'm so angry at their ignorance. Absolutely livid. I want that part of my vehicle detailed by a professional and paid for by this establishment. Will it happen? No. This comment will go unseen. Why would someone think it would be appropriate to put a messy item in SIDEWAYS to a bag too small and use a container with freaking holes in it? Actual ignorance.

Every time I have gone here my order is never right. What the heck is this? Gotta be a joke. 1/4lb popcorn shrimp with side, biscuit and dipping sauce. Do you see any of those items other than “1” fry and popcorn shrimp? Yea me neither. Asked for 2 ranch at speaker…got to window and just knew I better ask for it again..she hands me 1 ranch and says that all I have up here. They were too busy horse playing to actually do their job or care. This has got to be the worst location ever. Def won’t be going back. I’ll make the drive to another location. Paying money for this is insane.

Waited 45 mins for our food. They did not give us everything we ordered. Manager promised to give us extra food for our wait time. Extra food and half our order was missing. Went back up there and were told we were lying about missing food items. Ended up just getting a refund. We will not be back.

Not sure why this location has such a bad ratings, this is the best Popeyes we’ve ever been to. Freshest and juiciest chicken outta any other location we’ve been to. Staff were extremely nice and service was excellent.
As a Louisiana boy I love me some Popeyes, but Clanton AL Popeyes is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to . When Chilton county was getting a Popeyes I was so excited, because like i said “ I love me some Popeyes “. I continue to stop and order family meals periodically in the hopes they would get better, but after today’s order I believe I’m done . I ordered a 16pc family meal with beans and rice for sides . After getting home and realizing they only give us 8pc of chicken instead of 16 , and those are saturated and soggy by cooking oil “ kinda like KFC chicken “ but at least KFC gives you all your chicken 😂😂The red beans and rice was “a bean” and lots of rice 😂😂 it was difficult to find the table spoon of bean in all that rice. Tried to call to get issues corrected…just like every issue in the past ..nobody answers the phones .. I guess I got to start going back to Jacks for my chicken

We live near this Popeyes and go there often. We have never had anything but a great experience. We don't mind waiting a few minutes for the chicken come out hot and fresh. Friendly staff!
