The food was okay, the steak was cooked fine but nothing very special. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but I felt the service could have been more attentive. Overall, it was an average experience — not bad, but not impressive either.

They food often looks nothing like what they advertise and sometimes comes out looking inedible. For the prices they charge the quality and presentation should be much better. Definitely not worth the visit. I would not recommend Samato Japanese Steakhouse.

The first picture is how the order was supposed to look and the second was the one I got given to me at the restaurant I ordered the avocado salad and it looked literally nothing at all like the picture which I know it won’t be identical obviously but they put a burnt avocado and the whole skin of the avocado in my salad it looked absolutely disgusting I didn’t even eat it don’t waste your money here

They treat their workers like literal crap here don’t work here and I would reconsider even spending your money here the owner needs to really get his priorities straight and not treat teenagers like garbage I used to be a regular customer but after learning how he treats his TEENAGE employees I will never step foot in there again

Was here yesterday and 100% legit... Food was excellent prices was excellent and honestly I have to say sorry again to the waitress she did a great job but I was talking to my wife on the phone and the poor lady couldn't figure out if I needed something or not. Everything here was great though and that's coming from someone that's had hibachi in about 5 different states and travel all over.

My sister called in an order for us and went over three times that one of the rolls was for a vegetarian and was told yes we will handle it. She picked up the order and drove the 25 minutes home only to find out they put crab on the vegetarian roll. She called just to let them know only for the owner to be extremely rude and act like she was trying to get over on them! He told her he knew it was supposed to be vegetarian because he went back and listened to the call but still said she had to drive back and bring the wrong roll back in order to get a correct roll. She told him she wouldn't be coming back to town for several days and he hung up the phone! We used to go here ALL the time but that was the last time for my entire family! Definitely need to do better as the OWNER!!

Excellent everything, I love the place and people!
Where do I start??? The love me roll was nasty and tasted gross. My chickens will be eating good tomorrow. The fried rice in bento bowl was dry and tasteless. The chicken was too sweet. The ginger salad dressing was the worst I've ever tasted. Yum yum sauce was even off. The soup was bland as a hospitals. I am very disappointed. Spring rolls were good but, tiny. My sushi roll was good but, the rest was UNEDIBLE. $60 to feed to my chickens tomorrow. I'll never go back!!
