Don't really have complaints about shoney's. I drive all the way to clanton to eat it because Prattville doesn't have one. No more food is pretty good and service is decent also

This is one of the worse places I’ve eaten at. The service was horrible and they were more worried about standing around than waiting on the customer. It has been a long time since I’ve eaten here and I will never do so again

I should probably have ordered off the menu, not the buffet. It was mediocre quality. Was there with a group and didn't know. Maybe the breakfast is good. Not sure.

We have eaten at this restaurant many many times , Most of the food on the Food Bar is good, But the Salad Bar doesn’t seem to get the attention that it should , The lettuce is always poor and wilted looking , and like it’s been sitting at room temperature all day , even when I’m waiting for them to refill it , the lettuce still looks like it’s been sitting out in the kitchen all day . The cucumbers look slimy, the bell peppers are dried out and the chopped up ham chunks are sitting in water , where I assume they didn’t drain it after thawing it out !! We eat there because we live close by and was very happy that we are given a Military Discount , However we were Very Disappointed to find out today that they Don’t honor that discount when we just order a carry out meal instead of dining in !!! We are still spending the same $50 wether we dine in or carry out , It’s sad that things are not consistent in this restaurant from the food to their policies !!!

The food is always delicious. I would recommend everyone to stop and eat at this location. The servers are always great and attentive. I stop every time I go to Birmingham to eat.
