I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive through for them to take my order. And no one responded or came on to help me. But they were walking and bringing orders to cars in the stalls.
I even tried calling them and no one pick up. So I left messages for them which in turns go straight to management. This isn’t the first time that this has happened to me. So u will be reaching out to the district and regional managers about the issues I’ve been having with the sonic in Clanton Al.

Don't ever eat at this Sonic because all they have running it is a bunch of young inexperienced kids that don't have a clue to what good food is. I went and got a foot long chili dog and it was so cold and the hot dog itself was like eating a piece of rubber I took 1 bite and had to drive all the way back down there so I could get my money back. It just ruined my appetite. Won't ever go back because it sucked

I ordered a Fanta with vanilla and cream and dill pickle fries. The Fanta was carbonated water and the fries seemed like they were cooked hours ago and hardly any pickle flavor on them

Took 30 min to get our order. I think they only had 1 runner. The order was wrong for both orders we received. Then we had to chase the ringer down for our change. The food tasted as though it has been sitting around for hours.
