I am literally standing in the store and see only one lady out front talking at drive through for the past 10 minutes maybe more as me and four other people are waiting you have to be kidding me I just wanted to grab and go not get ignored and watch you talk do your job.
Update just watched her start my order i made online 20 minutes ago while on the phone with earbuds in if you see Brittney on a name tag RUN
Might I add someone just now walked from the back after two other girls walked in

I must’ve caught them at a bad time. When I pulled up, one car was at the window and one car was ordering. That’s it. I still waited in line for 10 minutes for a black coffee I ordered through the app.

If I could give this Starbucks a zero, I would. I decided to stop by because I've always had a positive opinion of their coffee and store cleanliness, but this experience completely changed that. I waited for my coffee for over 15-20 minutes, and after that, I had to ask for a refund. The manager was the one who helped me—she took my order and processed the refund. I told her that had I known there was only one person making the drinks, I wouldn't have bothered ordering. To top it off, the bathrooms were filthy, and I was really disappointed with the overall store condition. There were four employees working, but one was obnoxiously laughing the whole time, while the trash was overflowing and the tables were dirty. Overall, I was not impressed at all, and I certainly won’t be returning

Charged $8 for a tall Carmel Ribbon crunch. Ridiculous pricing. Other Starbucks have the same drink for $5.
absolutely love this starbucks everyone is really and respectful, there’s a worker here named Naomi which is the best!! she makes our drinks so yum and is always really nice and has a great attitude.

Pulled up at 8:59 and waited and at 9:00 the girl came through the drive thru speaker and said they cannot make drinks after 9:00. This location always has had the worst service. No exceptions today.

Come here if you have very simple drink and food orders. Lord have mercy if you want a different kind of milk in your coffee, you will get some attitude. Don’t get any of the wraps, I got bacon sausage egg wrap specifically, all will you taste is tortilla with a spritz of bacon grease. Oatmeal was good. sandwiches have bread that gets hard 3 minutes after chef Mikey makes it boil. Egg bites are good too though.
In reality they were probably understaffed but the sacrifice is messed up drinks, nasty glares, passive aggressive words, and made to feel like it’s your fault for getting the wrong drink.

Slowest Starbucks ever. No one waiting (even the 6 people in drive thru were gone for 5 min before they started my drink) but the girls parents who she is too busy talking to. The restrooms were not only dirty but the locks don't work. No one should deal with that fear.
