Slowest starbucks ever!!! Plenty of employees and quite a bit of moving around, but nothing happening. This crew needs to go and visit the Alabaster location on highway 31.

My Granddaughters Mom and I had car issues Aug 5 near Clanton and were waiting for it to be finished which took longer than we thot. I can’t say enough about the staff that day . They were kind, courteous , concerned for us and made the waiting period so much more tolerable ! Thank you so much! !! Plus there were areas Nicole could plug in for work. Nothing like Starbucks !

Ordered a Mint honey citrus tea while traveling north to Kentucky the tea was full of floating ingredients from the tea bag. Jordyn was really nice (high mark on service) but I'm sipping and I catching stuff in my sips and open the cup miles down the road and smh I can't enjoy it. I should have checked it at the counter.

I am literally standing in the store and see only one lady out front talking at drive through for the past 10 minutes maybe more as me and four other people are waiting you have to be kidding me I just wanted to grab and go not get ignored and watch you talk do your job.
Update just watched her start my order i made online 20 minutes ago while on the phone with earbuds in if you see Brittney on a name tag RUN
Might I add someone just now walked from the back after two other girls walked in

I must’ve caught them at a bad time. When I pulled up, one car was at the window and one car was ordering. That’s it. I still waited in line for 10 minutes for a black coffee I ordered through the app.
