The bathrooms in this location are absolutely disgusting. There were 3 baristas working and it took them a few minutes to even acknowledge my existence. There was also a young woman sitting in the booth closest to the bakery items that looked like she may work there but had the most aggressive snarl each time she looked up at me. I left without ordering because they don’t seem terribly friendly or interested.

We placed a mobile order for pick up. When we arrived, the doors were locked and the drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building. When we called the store, the employee said it was only her and two trainees working so she would not open the door for us to pick up our order (that was just sitting on the counter already made and getting cold). I heard her on the phone tell the trainee to just set it aside. So we were supposed to sit in the drive thru line and wait 30 minutes for our cold order?? Why couldn’t she send one of the trainees to the door with it? Zero sense of efficiency. They clearly can’t think logically at this location.

I’d love to say that my iced coffee was delish but I was so irritated with it being watered down because I sat at the window with cars piling up behind me and no one even bothered to come to said window to ask for my name. Coffee sitting right there inside the window. People walking around but just not even saying a word. I’ll stick with 7brew.

They were so kind about our long wait, telling us they were short staffed. No actual wait, about 4 mins from order to drinks! My husband and I watched them run around that store like coffee super heroes! They have nothing to apologize for! Very friendly, our drinks were delicious!
We arrived and ordered. There were 2 people. The wait was more than 30 minutes.

DIRTY this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The people that are working there are not concerned at all about cleaning. They didn’t want to hear about it being dirty, even when being polite. There were spills and stains all over the counters and floors, trash is piling up all, over urine all over the toilet seats & in the floors, and a lady walked in with her dog hanging all over where the utensils and straws are, and they never asked her to take the dog away from the food area. And it was not a service dog.

Ordered two Americano’s and both were weak. Reordered a black coffee and same just weak. Service was great, friendly and helpful, but really needed a great, strong cup of coffee while traveling. 😕 Also purchased, 3 pastries.
