I go here pretty often I like it a lot for the most part. They're pretty fast. The last couple of times I went in. I was not greeted which isn't a big deal if they eventually acknowledge you to make a sandwich. Or they could at least let you know that they'll be with you in a second. Something cause watching someone. Just sit there with their head down across from you. While you wait to get a sandwich ordered, it is. Quite the experience.
Last time I went in. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes until the staff came in through the entrance of the store like the front door and then kit proceeded to go to the back and make my sandwich so the last 2 times have not been the best but I still like it. It's a great experience.

I tried calling for 10 minutes straight and nobody answered so i let my mom call and she had to call for five minutes before anyone answered when we were trying to void an order. After we finally got a hold of them 15 minutes later, they said they could not void the order because they had already made it but if they would’ve just answered the phone like they’re supposed to instead of hanging up like they did, my order would not have been made. They’re extremely rude, and have horrible customer service.
