This place is absolute garbage. Everything from the taste of the food to the quantity of the food to the service is absolutely horrible. I almost ordered from there again and then walked out when I remembered My last trip here and seen the other reviews too. I'll take my $50 to feed my family elsewhere today and any other day.

Every time I get off of work and I think let me go to Taco Bell I haven’t had that in a min there always out of everything like your open later than most places. Taco Bell stays open but can’t make anything so your giving hour to workers for free. I just think that’s some bull that Taco Bell is always out of something and it’s not oh I’m out of a drink or hot sauce no ur out of beef or nacho cheese or fries like what.

Waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes, get the order on it was wrong! Went inside waited another 15 mins, asked to see a manager and she would never come out Of the back! This place was a joke!

Taco Bell. Sunday. I walked in at 11:30 AM, straight from church, thinking I’d be blessed with a Crunchwrap and maybe a little Baja Blast to keep the holy spirit flowing. But what I walked into was a waiting room for the spiritually and physically broken.
The place was packed. Not with people eating. Oh no. Just folks sitting quietly, holding onto receipts and hope. I placed my order and joined them. The air was heavy with hunger and confusion. Nobody made a sound. It was like the DMV but with a faint smell of nacho cheese.
I looked around and knew instantly this was not going to be quick. One guy was leaned against the wall like he’d been through battle. A woman looked like she was considering canceling lunch altogether and just starting a new life. And one man, I kid you not, looked like he’d been there since the Old Testament.
The screen hadn’t updated in 15 minutes. I watched as people would cautiously approach the counter just to be told “we’re working on it.” I saw friendships form. Trauma bonds. A girl near me started journaling. A child asked his mom, “Will we live here now?”
Finally, after nearly an hour, they called my name. No smile. No “thank you.” Just a quiet handoff of the bag like a peace offering. My Crunchwrap was warm. My Baja Blast hit. But the emotional damage? Eternal.
Taco Bell, I love you. But not like this. Not on a Sunday. Not at 11:30. I came in with faith and left with a full stomach and a thousand-yard stare.

While the manager was kind about remaking a messed up part of my order, the food as a whole was skimpy...portioned and put together as if it came from the employees own pantry and they had to ration. I wouldn't personally recommend them as it stands now. There are too many incidents in a row of skimpy items all thrown in a bag together even when you order separate box meals. Our last visit, it was $50 for 5 of us to get food, and in my opinion it's too expensive these days for the quality or lack thereof.
The last time I went the soft tacos had so little meat on them, it looked like meat stained lettuce, I was disappointed.

Did not give me my chips and cheese that was part of a box meal. Charged regular price at happier hour time that were advertised for medium fountain drinks for $1.00. Cashier argued that was only for small drinks.

Taco Bell in Clanton has truly gone down hill at night and anytime of day if your going through the drive thru. You wait for a long time even with a short line. Went the other night only to be told at the window it would be a “good minute” before they could take my order because they were backed up with Door Dash orders, 18 mins later my order was taken and then I waited at the window 8 minutes for my 2 grilled cheese steak burritos and 2 soft taco supremes and a Pepsi. Only to get home and the burritos were some kind of chicken and the soft tacos were hard shells with no cheese and no supreme anything just meat and lettuce. I tried calling multiple times only to get no answer. Called back during the morning hours and spoke to a manager that apologized and said to come back and she would make it right and she did just that and I showed her receipts and photos. She stated they have a lot of new people and was training. This used to be the best place to eat and they were quick and always got the order right. But for about the last 2 months I’ve been 3 times hoping this would get better, yet each time is worse than the one before it. Hope they get some better management or staff that is capable of running night shift as well as it is run in the daytime, no problems before 7pm order is always right and service is quick even during lunch rush. Taco Bell night shift- Do better take pride in your work and pride to represent Taco Bell.
