We went their for mothers day and finally after one hour of waiting they bring my sons order and one side of my order, my wife or daughter got nothing. The service was horrible and the food we did get was unedible. Finally after an hour and a half still not having the rest of our meal we ended up only paying for that meal and left. I will not go back there.

I was unable to place an online order via the website listed on a banner outside. It said the location was not available for online orders. Walked inside to place a To-Go order, and the line cook instructed the servers not to take any more orders for at least the next 45 min... so I just turned around and left.
Will not go back there staff did not care all they did was cuss each other out in front of costumers and didn't even have chili or gravey or anything had dirty forks and if it was left up to me they need to be shut down and if I was the manager everyone would have been fired..everything sucks there and will not be back

I paid for a carry-out order of a Sirloin steak, 3 scrambled eggs, grits and sausage on 01/16/2025 @ 20:15 hours.
I received the breakfast food but not the Sirloin steak, which was the primary thing that I came to buy!
Needless to say, I'm Mad As Hell!
You have to treat this place like a Kindergarten and check behind adults to be sure that you were given your complete order by adults!
And to top it off, Waffle House has their phone system rigged where you can't call and talk to anyone to let them know that they totally botched and kept a major part of your order!
