Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It's not even close. It's almost like it's a completely different restaurant than every single Wendy's I've ever been to. Every single time I've been, and it's been about 6 times now, the chicken sandwich looks and tastes like it was left in the microwave too long before being left sitting on the counter all day after 4 days of being in the refrigerator. You can barely tear through it with your teeth when you take a bite, and the reward for getting a bite is exactly what you'd expect. I'm sure the state of the fries goes without saying, but they taste like they were made three shifts ago, sat under heating lamps 2 shifts ago, and then left in a bucket on the floor until being grabbed by the handful and crammed into a fry sleeve. Ive tried going inside and going through the drive-thru but it's the same thing either way. The people that work there usually treat you like you're the biggest inconvenience of their lives, which makes sense when you open the food to begin eating. Save your $15 and go literally anywhere else.l

The bathrooms were disgusting. Women's had poop all over one of the seats. One was clogged. No paper towels in men or women.
The bun on my burger was soggy.

Worst food I have ever had at a Wendy's. I had a Dbl cheese burger and the meat was so dry and cold that even the cheese between the patties never came close to melting. Both of the sandwiches were ordered with no tomato. Both had tomatoes. I asked for mine with mustard (and it was on the ticket) but no mustard. People were very friendly though. They greeted us as we came in, served us with a smile the entire time, as if they genuinely cared..... but quite obviously did NOT

It was 230p on a midweek day so food was lukewarm and wait time was short, even with 3 other vehicles in line at drive thru... Nothing special about area or atmosphere to write home about
I used to really enjoy the food here but lately Everytime I've stopped by they either run out of what I want to order or they get the order wrong they really need to step up their service game

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. Back in the day when I had self respect I never would have came here. But my standards have dropped over the years, and so I find myself wondering into unholy places, long abandoned by God. I guess that's what brought me here. 2 stars.

My food is constantly wrong but I never complain about it. The staff is always nice. I ordered off the app last week and purchased 2 cookies with my meal. When I got there they informed me that they were out of cookies so they subbed the oatmeal bars in place of them. Would have been nice if they would’ve called me first. I don’t eat oatmeal. Last night I ordered on the app again. When I got to the window to pick my order up I asked the young lady if they had cookies. She looked and said yes we do. I told her that I would like to purchase 2 of them. Her reply was, sorry we can’t sell you 2 cookies at the window. She stated that after 8pm they can’t change or add any product at the window. I’m an assistant manager at another restaurant in town and really don’t see the problem with making another sell at the window. I generally eat here 3-4 nights per week after I close my restaurant. I’m thinking of finding somewhere else to eat.
