Whoever is at Wendy’s tonight did a good job! First she made us 2 frosty chocolate WITH caramel that we did not ask for and I let her know that. She kept asking me if I wanted her to “remake them?” And I’m like yes please? We did not ask for that. She made a face like she didn’t want to. I said We asked for chocolate. So This is what we get, one full and one half full! 🥴

We have been in here 3 times this week and each time a certain cashier works , She has the shittiest attitude. If you don't want to wait on customers then don't come to work !!! It's bad enough when you come into a place like Wendy's and the restrooms are just nasty but so is the service.

Most of time no baked potatoes. I've been to Wendy's twice in a week. Selma alabama, clanton alabama. Guess what when I asked for the bacon and cheese baked potatoes. They just replied back we don't have none . I been advised from a formal employee that Wendy's workers hate New menue products it causes more work for them .Formal employee's said its easier to say we don't have any than fixing them. And as for Selma alabama Wendy's is nasty bathroom, no soap, paper towels and no toilet paper in bathroom Doesn't that say employees don't wash their hands properly. Why don't the health department get more involved in these places people eat at . Their should be a governor have a special team to investigate these problems and that just Wendy's restaurant's, could you imagine all the other places people eat at. How does the health department let things like that happen. If the health department would do their job correctly I believe they could make a difference. Please someone investigate Wendy's in selma alabama. NO SOAP, TOILET PAPER OR NO DRYING PAPER. DON'T JUST INSPECT FOOD AREA. THE BATHROOMS ARE AWFUL

Used the restroom. I was going to get some food but I took the bathroom not having any toilet paper or paper towels, obviously people were wiping with hand towls before they too ran out. How are these people washing their hands? Going to get someone sick.

They need help BAD. help from someone who knows how to do their job. Didn't even get to order. Had to leave after sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes just trying to order. And they weren't busy. 3 cars ahead that had been there already. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be back here and will go out of my way to tell people to avoid this place.

The lady that took my order in drive thru was kinda rude and they forgot bacon on my BACON EGG AND CHEESE…🤣 also the manager tried to hand out my food and the employee had to tell her she didn’t have all the food in the bag, never seen a restaurant ran this bad.

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It's not even close. It's almost like it's a completely different restaurant than every single Wendy's I've ever been to. Every single time I've been, and it's been about 6 times now, the chicken sandwich looks and tastes like it was left in the microwave too long before being left sitting on the counter all day after 4 days of being in the refrigerator. You can barely tear through it with your teeth when you take a bite, and the reward for getting a bite is exactly what you'd expect. I'm sure the state of the fries goes without saying, but they taste like they were made three shifts ago, sat under heating lamps 2 shifts ago, and then left in a bucket on the floor until being grabbed by the handful and crammed into a fry sleeve. Ive tried going inside and going through the drive-thru but it's the same thing either way. The people that work there usually treat you like you're the biggest inconvenience of their lives, which makes sense when you open the food to begin eating. Save your $15 and go literally anywhere else.l

The bathrooms were disgusting. Women's had poop all over one of the seats. One was clogged. No paper towels in men or women.
