We ordered 4 for 4 this is the first time at Wendy's that there food taste like crap. Fries was old, cheeseburger was burnt looking and tasted badly. The sweet tea was way out, can't begin to say whatever it was. I can now understand why lots of these fast food places are closing. No one wants to do their job and be good at it.

They were out of almost everything we tried to order at 12PM. The men’s and women’s bathrooms were both filthy, and there was visible mold on the air vents in the dining area.

Let several people know in the drive through whats up and left. Who I assume was the manager was polite and gave full refund. ABSOLUTELY will be checking my food next time around.

Twice I have ordered a Dave's Double and each time they have put the little patties instead of the fresh bigger patties used for the Dave's! And they were old, burnt and cold! This is just plain laziness and not caring at all about what they do! The world is going to hell and Wendy's is going with it!!

Whoever is at Wendy’s tonight did a good job! First she made us 2 frosty chocolate WITH caramel that we did not ask for and I let her know that. She kept asking me if I wanted her to “remake them?” And I’m like yes please? We did not ask for that. She made a face like she didn’t want to. I said We asked for chocolate. So This is what we get, one full and one half full! 🥴

We have been in here 3 times this week and each time a certain cashier works , She has the shittiest attitude. If you don't want to wait on customers then don't come to work !!! It's bad enough when you come into a place like Wendy's and the restrooms are just nasty but so is the service.

Most of time no baked potatoes. I've been to Wendy's twice in a week. Selma alabama, clanton alabama. Guess what when I asked for the bacon and cheese baked potatoes. They just replied back we don't have none . I been advised from a formal employee that Wendy's workers hate New menue products it causes more work for them .Formal employee's said its easier to say we don't have any than fixing them. And as for Selma alabama Wendy's is nasty bathroom, no soap, paper towels and no toilet paper in bathroom Doesn't that say employees don't wash their hands properly. Why don't the health department get more involved in these places people eat at . Their should be a governor have a special team to investigate these problems and that just Wendy's restaurant's, could you imagine all the other places people eat at. How does the health department let things like that happen. If the health department would do their job correctly I believe they could make a difference. Please someone investigate Wendy's in selma alabama. NO SOAP, TOILET PAPER OR NO DRYING PAPER. DON'T JUST INSPECT FOOD AREA. THE BATHROOMS ARE AWFUL

Used the restroom. I was going to get some food but I took the bathroom not having any toilet paper or paper towels, obviously people were wiping with hand towls before they too ran out. How are these people washing their hands? Going to get someone sick.
