We stopped for lunch while traveling to the beach , family of 6 . From the moment we walked in the girl at the counter , Jessica was extremely rude , acting like it was the biggest inconvenience doing her JOB. We sat close to the register and noticed it wasn’t just with us but with everyone who came to the counter .

Extremely slow drive thru. No one in front or behind us and it took over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at window. Burgers were very, very salty: inedible. Fries cold when received.

I'm generally happy with most Whataburger locations, but this was a different experience. When I arrived, I planned to use the drive-thru as the primary option. The issue the drive-thru had was cars backed up. So the option taken was to order inside, which happened at a moderate pace. After finally receiving the food, I realized the burgers were all room-temperature or lukewarm at best. If I hadn't proceeded to the interstate, we'd have returned. To add even more to it, my son began experiencing stomach cramping. I know these things can be accomplished at a much higher quality. For that reason, I hope someone concerned can fix this issue and the lack of team accomplishment.

The food is not worth what they charge. They do have amazing milkshakes though. For food, just go down the road to Burger King or Taco Bell.

visited the Clanton location dine in,great experience, service was great, fast service, food was freshly cooked and good. visited on 11/15/21 night.
We ordered a pancake platter, a honey butter chicken biscuit combo, and a cheese burger combo. After 30+ mins of waiting in the lobby, we were told they were waiting on pancakes. I had no idea it takes 30 minutes to cook pancakes. When we did get our food, my honey butter CHICKEN biscuit was missing the chicken, and my husbands burger had toppings he asked to be removed. The food was cold because it had been sitting in the window for too long. The floors were sticky and slimy and it smelled it there.
