On the evening of 18 August, I stopped by this Whataburger location for a quick bite. To my surprise, two female employees (one primarily) made me feel like I didn't belong at their establishment.
Around 6:05pm, I entered Whataburger as I was starving and wanted a #1 before getting back on the road. A young lady looked at me as I entered and proceeded to restock the cups without greeting me.. as if that was more important than placing my order. Then another lady walked from the back, looked at me and proceeded to the restroom.. no greeting. After the young lady finished stocking the cups, she proceeded to the back.. she never acknowledged me, and her dismissive attitude made me feel so uncomfortable to where I immediately walked out.
I almost always stop at that location after visiting family before continuing my road journey, and the only past issues I've had were them being extremely slow when it's busy.. but after that encounter, I will NEVER visit this location again!!
Do better, Whataburger Clanton!!

The Exalted Ones
Absolutely terrible. Customer service is good awful. Every time I go there they mess up the order. Either it's by not putting items in the bag, making the wrong food, or just extremely sloppily made food. On top of the terrible service they take forever. Almost every time I go through there it takes anywhere from 25 min to an hour to get my food. And then the people are the window have attitudes like I did something wrong. I work in fast food so I understand the frustrations throughout the day but it should never take that long for 2 sandwiches and a couple drinks regardless of how the day has been. Recommend never to eat here and let them go out of business at that location.

Stopped in on my way back from the casino unfortunately I didn’t do so hot there but I will tell you what was hot. The meal these amazing people were able to provide me once I got here! A fresh burger and some tasty fries and despite it being 11 pm at night they were very friendly and in good spirits. I wish I could have taken a picture of my burger but fortunately for me it’s already gone but trust me when I say the picture isn’t going to taste as good as a real one 😎

On your way back to Birmingham after visiting Montgomery. It was late and we were so glad Whataburger is open 24 hours. Ordered fries, a Blackberry Dr Pepper shake and a Whopper Jr. Everything was freshly made and so good. Really can't remember the last time we visited a Whataburger and how good they are. It will now be our go to fast food stop.
