Our first whataburger experience and it was great! Delicious patty melt and fries. The bread wasn’t the best. I thought it would be more toasted but still an amazing fast food burger. Biggest disappointment is they said the shake machine wasn’t working right.
Too bad I didn't get to enjoy my food. I asked for Ketchup, Mayo and grilled jalapeños. I got a burger with everything on it. I hate lettuce, I hate tomatoes, I especially hate onions and pickles and mustard. Every single of those were on my burger. And it only had 4 jalapeños on it. 😒 Then because I tried to scrape all of it off to try to make it bearable, but then I had no ketchup to cover the mustard. It had to go. 🤮 The fries were hot and delicious and the employees...
Service was slow. Had to wait at the counter a while to put in the order and later to get ketchup even though we were the only ones in line. Seem to mainly pay attention to the drive thru customers. Had not had a Whataburger in a while. It had a decent taste, better than I expected. Wouldn't drive out of the way for another, but better than Mc D or BK.
