Drive thru staff is rude ,disrespectful, the little Mexican girl,and the blonde particularly, never a thank you, nasty and rude very unprofessional. Always a nasty attitude. Leaves the window while bad mouthing the customers, no respect for customers or zaxbys or themselves.

They got a bunch of teens working there that don't care, they couldn't even open at 10:30 today because the rude person on the speaker claimed the workers didn't show up until 10:30. Someone needs to take this location over and clean house.

Good food staff could be a little friendlier but besides that everything was all good

I ordered the nibblerz combo in the drive through. Food was no good. Hard bread and dry chicken. When I opened my box of food up it looked like my food was just thrown in there. My chicken fingers wasn't even halfway on the bread. The tops of the bread was scattered about. It looked like it was thrown in the box or my food dropped while in the box before I was given it

Typically good food the service is slow at times and items are left off also at times or wrong

I ordered a 4 pc fingers and got 3, and the tenders themselves were the smallest ones I’ve ever got from any Zaxby’s I’ve been too. The restroom weren’t kept up well, I usually don’t leave any negative reviews but damn.

Food was good but terrible service.
Probably why they can't keep workers.
The staff was very rude.
I just wanted a cocktail sauce and zax sauce that I didn't get so they gave me the hardest time. Pulled my order up and everything. I just took the sauce AND IT WAS NOT EVEN COCKTAIL SAUCE! So I gave up because I didn't feel like dealing with them anymore.
