Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very rude and also charged me sauces without telling me there was a charge.

since when do they charge .35 for zaxbys sauce? it used to come with it or just free… it’s not that serious… like come on now

The food was great and service was better. The manager Mike checked on us and other tables in the lobby. He was extremely friendly. I saw a customer in the drive thru get upset and cuss out the cashier. She handle the situation extremely well. I was impressed. Thank y’all for a great experience!

When u order a shrimp salad!! Its always best to tell the people ur out of shrimp!! They may be allergic to chicken that u gave them instead of shrimp.

I have received many salads from this location. I love the service most days and my favorite is the house salad. However, every time I get this salad the cucumbers have the bitter taste of cucurbitacin. I hope this changes at some point. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s! There was a small mix-up with my order, but the team went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly fixed my sandwich with no hassle and provided outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant that truly values its customers. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Manager changed out window empoyee as I was waiting for food. I specifically asked for my ranch and ketchup. I'm on my lunch break buying food so if I request it after spending $16 on food then it needs to be in bag. As I was handed bag from window I asked did you remember ketchup and my ranch? She looked me in my face yes. It was not in the bag. I called back after I got back to work and realized not in bag. I told what happened and the employee on the phone I guess wasn't paying attention to anything I said and ask again what was missing from my bag. I at that point just said I will not be back. You can't fix people who don't care about their customers! I will go the days I normally eat at zaxbys to another local restaurant that cares and puts what is needed in my bag and double checks if ask them twice!

Horrible service. The red headed cook lady in the back was yelling about how someone ordered $70 worth of chicken and she didn’t want to make it.

I cannot say enough great things about the Staff, The Manager & The Food. Everything was so delicious and Hot N Fresh. I am so glad I decided to eat here. It’s so very hard to get great service and great food for your money these days.
I am delighted to say that this visit was beyond my expectations. I love the Staff they made me feel like family. And the Food was awesome and delicious. It was a heavenly meal and I’m happy to say this is my New Favorite Place to eat.
Don’t think twice, come on down to Zaxbys in Clanton and get some Fantastic Service and Great Good Food. It was a true blessing.
