Got to give them props. Beautiful people doing the best they can being shorthanded the food was delicious ordering the number two was not a disappointment. I would recommend the Dairy Queen off of Deerfoot Parkway.

I'm amending this review. I used to go here twice a week.. not anymore! EVERYTIME I go now.. the service is abysmal. The food is ALWAYS wrong and the prices have become outrageous. I won't be back for awhile.. and then again only to get the situation. It's sad..

Ive been to this location a handful of times. I only ever order a chocolate dipped cone & every-time its handed through the window, its melted and or melting.. and Im never given the size I asked for at the intercom. And dont try to go back in the get it re-make ( i was asked what happened as if they didnt just hand it to me like that.) they act like they don’t understand you. I work in customer service, if you wouldn’t want it served to you like that, why serve it that way?

Went through the drive through and wanted a blizzard. At the speaker, was told they did not have ice cream. While sitting in line waiting to get my food, the 2 cars in front of me got ice cream. When I got to the window I asked about it and was told the ice cream wasn't stiff enough for a blizzard. Also the combos I ordered were up sized without my wanting them to be and when I said something the drive through attendant simply shrugged and walked away. I tried to call to speak to management, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. That was my last trip to this dairy queen.

The girl at the window was super rude and had her AirPods in. Rushed while we ordered at the drive thru and asked “is that all?” after ever sentence.I know from experience food service isn’t a glamorous job by any means but you’re still providing a service.
