They were not busy but told us to pull up…. I reminded them to ensure our requested sauces were in the bag and of course….. When asked to pull up, you are doomed…just our experience here…. Do we Double checked before leaving and of course we were missing items.. The guy brought it out and was very nice and fixed our issue…. However, upon getting home we realized after unwrapping our sandwich’s… That we were totally screwed! Ordered double roast beef… Advertised pic: Ordered Roast beef, should have went to Applebees and got 2 meals with an appetizer for 25.00. We spent way more and if this is the “ We Bring Tha Meats” this is FALSE ADVERTISING. Please ask your District G.M. to contact me as has been an on going issue… Just not to this level of concern. *** Staff was very polite/ friendly: Leading me towards upper management. In closing respectfully, you can’t brag about how “ You got tha meats”… and ROB/Lie/Mislead customers … Truth: Arby’s has “ Tha bread “… metaphorically and in Reality $$$

Before i ordered i asked Lakila the employee taking my order if the deep fried turkey club sandwich was a toasted hoagie bun as the picture showed it to be, she said YES! So i ordered it along with jalopeno bites and a drink, i walked about a half mile back to my rig at the truckstop to eat, dammit nothing about this bun was toasted and nothing about the turkey was deep fried, nice folks but not much upstairs!

Apparently they forgot they were open until midnight. Someone should let the staff inside know.
So far this is the only Arby's location in Tuscaloosa that gets my order correct. Best location for orders in the city.

As far as Arby's locations go, this is one of the better ones in Tuscaloosa, especially in terms of service. I live fairly close by & they've never once gotten my order wrong in at least 50+ visits over the past 2-3 years. Fries are always hot & the food always tastes as fresh as can be expected for a fast food franchise.
