As far as Arby's locations go, this is one of the better ones in Tuscaloosa, especially in terms of service. I live fairly close by & they've never once gotten my order wrong in at least 50+ visits over the past 2-3 years. Fries are always hot & the food always tastes as fresh as can be expected for a fast food franchise.

Pulled up lady watched me drive around, I sat for 5 minutes never asked could she take my order Pulled to the window sat there for probably 3 minutes never seen her again, I have watched this place go down for years tonight was very unprofessional I will never go back!!
Sorry ass services asked me my order un drive thru then wouldn't answer back when I walked in and ordered mfers had it on the counter rude ass miserable people need a revamp of employee's like uts my fault they chose Arby's as a career move

His customer service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. What stood out even more was how immaculately clean the lobby was; it was so spotless I almost didn’t want to step on the floor and mess it up. Terrance clearly takes pride in running a well-managed, welcoming location. He deserves real recognition for his leadership and attention to detail.
