I want to give a big shoutout to Terrance, the store manager at Arby’s on Buttermilk Road in Tuscaloosa. His customer service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. What stood out even more was how immaculately clean the lobby was; it was so spotless I almost didn’t want to step on the floor and mess it up. Terrance clearly takes pride in running a well-managed, welcoming location. He deserves real recognition for his leadership and attention to detail. Ordered the 2-6.99 roast beef sandwiches. One was barely warm and the other was cold but the cheese tried to warm it. My wife had a chicken sandwich it was hot and good.

Burger was a little mashed still good very nice people
I ordered a beef and cheddar and had to wait 40 mins for it. And when I got it the box it was in was smashed and soggy. The bag was wet. And the meat was so nasty I threw it away after one bite. I highly recommend you never eat here. Worst experience of my life when it comes to food.
