Really not a big fan of the ordering kiosks. Counter service is present, but not like the old setups with counter transactions. Food is good and fresh.

Cashier #13 who was working the first window on Dec. 23 @ ~4:30pm attempted to scam me out of my change of $15. Total was 7.69. I gave 22.69, she only gave me a receipt for my purchase and no change. When I asked about my change she then tried to figure out how much to give me, and then tried to give me loose coins. Next she tried to give me just 6$. When I asked for a manager she left and then came back with no one and then she reached just below the window and gave me my 15$ folded up and tried to apologize. Manager was eventually found and notified, so hopefully cameras were reviewed.

Just like the other reviews, the preparation of this Mc Donald is beyond horrible. Placed a mobile order, got there, no customers at drive thru, no customers inside the restaurant, and my order was not ready til I walked in there. In the mea time, saw two drive thru cars pulled up after me, got their orders and left. Like what? They should just delete the mobile order option. Just saying.

I went to this McDonald's on 12/9/24 at 5:13pm and ordered a double cheeseburger, large diet dr. Pepper and large sweet tea. Easy order, right? Not for these people. 25 minutes of sitting at mobile spot 3, I had to go in and get them to make it. Manager didn't even care. No apologies or anything.

Walk in and up to the register. No greeting or response to my hello. Ice cream machine was down. Why bother coming here at all?

Waited 15+ mins in drive thru for some fries to just be ignored finally got tired and asked for a refund

Only taking to go orders upon arrival. All the staff was unorganized and our order took forever once we entered in kiosk. No one working the counter register. Got food and was missing items and cheeseburger with special request was made with only the items asked to be removed. Worse visit to a McDonalds in years.

Ordered two burgers via mobile app 25 minutes ago. Still waiting for the burgers…
No idea how the preparation of the most selling burgers can take that long?
It’s the third time this is happening. The idea of a fast food restaurant does not make sense here at all!
I could have cooked at home by myself much sooner 😊

I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this restaurant. My wife placed a mobile order and asked me to pick it up on my way home. I started by going through one of their two drive-thru lanes. After being ignored and watched three or four cars go through the other lane, I went inside. The first thing I saw was the cashier with locks down to her waist who was on her phone while talking to the people in front of me. When it was my turn, I could see that she was actively snapchatting people while I was trying to get my order. When I give her the code for my mobile order, she brings me back a paper receipt, and I go stand to the side to wait for my order to come out. After waiting for 30 minutes and still not receiving my food, I noticed a few other things. First, there was another worker with locks down to her waist making fries that was having a major problem keeping her hair out of the fries. Second, there was a third worker who grabbed a handful of fries out of another customer's bag and ate them. At this point, I would have just walked out and cancelled my order, but it had already gone through, so I asked one of them how much longer my order was gonna take. They tell me there's no trace of my order in their system. A manager and an (I assume) assistant manager come out and start talking to me. When I explain to them that my wife placed the order in the app and had me come pick it up, the assistant manager started raising his voice and yelling at me because the McDonald's app doesn't work like that. I explained to him that it was McDonald's and their dev team who were responsible for the app, not the customer's. He told me I would have to drive home and cancel the order despite the fact that I had a paper receipt, a confirmation email, and the charge from my bank saying I had already paid for my food, which just made him more irate. At that point, I decided to prove a point and drove home, got my wife's phone, and drove back just to prove that I was unable to just cancel my order. The manager came out again and after showing him that my order had been marked as picked up in their system, I had already paid for it, and showed all the evidence again, they finally made my food. Do not go here.

Slow service, messed up both times I ordered here, food wasnt great at all. pick any other one to order from because its likely better than here. The people were rude and overall just a bad experience.
