I ordered online with a notification it would be ready on 15 minutes. I arrived 5 min late and still waited 15 minutes. Basically, they started my order when I got to the drive thru to pick it up and, of course, immediately asked me to park in a spot. I’m not sure the reason for ordering online, so disappointed. I’d have been okay with it but they weren’t busy at all and there were a lot of employees. How do I know that? I had to go in because my order wasn’t complete. It’s a good thing the chicken was good.

The burgers are so, so. The Big Bacon BBQ Burger was pretty good. Nothing to write home about. The French Fries are well seasoned (can't place it) but good. Big thick fries. well cooked. (Did I mention seasoned?). Very fast friendly service. They were a little busy and dinning area was still clean. Big truck parking available for about 7 trucks and trailers if every one knew how to park.

Been trying to eat there for a week now only to be told that they can only accept cash every time I tried to order. I can understand it happening once, but every day for a week? Are the employees just not wanting to take orders?

Food was ok, but restaurant was filthy. Tables were dirty, trash can over flowing and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in months.

If I could give a negative status I would give -5 stars. Why?
Let's begin with the lobby. Walked into the restaurant about 9pm on a Friday night. Floor looked as if someone just dumped an entire trash bag all over the floor. I could not step in one spot, that didn't have trash on the floor.
Next, if you are a pet owner, beware of this business. First, they have absolutely no outside trash bins. Either because of laziness or too cheap. I really don't know. But if you walk your pet outside around this facility..you'll see chicken bones everywhere. Two reasons I believe of this. People are just no Damn good and careless about anything and Secondly, if there was at least a trash can, maybe some would use it to put up their trash.
I really doubt the owners careless about any reviews about their business.
What's odd, I've stopped at a lot of Jacks Restaurants throughout Alabama. And most are pretty good. Most have trash cans outside. Most attempt to keep the trash off the floors. It's apparent the management here cares less about floor safety.
If someone slipped on those floors with all that trash. The lawsuit would be Enormous. Again, I doubt anyone here cares.
Oh, and double check your order before leaving the facility. Apparently they don't know basic English either...
We just stopped there about 20 mins ago while traveling. It was my husband's first time at a jacks and will absolutely be the last. The customer service wasnt welcoming They were short and rude when asked questions . The grilled chicken was so hard to bite and was like chewing rubber. The big jack burger barely had anything on it, was cold, and tasted bad. Had to go to counter twice to get all the food after being told it was all there and they still gave less chicken tenders than ordered. The sweet tea tasted like dirt and mold..none of my children would drink it. I have worked food service for over 15 years so I am usually understanding and don't complain but this was terrible and I'm honestly scared that we are gonna get sick. The tea could only taste like that if the container is not being cleaned throughly and correctly. If we get sick, I'm going to be so upset! We spent $30 and couldn't eat hardly any of it. Editing because I also forgot to add that the bathrooms were disgusting. There was only 1 stall with toilet paper. All the trash was overflowed. The sinks were full of paper towels and none of the toilets had been flushed. There was one couple in the restaurant and tons of staff.

I ordered a 2 piece chicken breast dinner, got it home today to realize that the chicken breast didn’t have any breading on them, the chicken was dry, the biscuit was so freaking hard I couldn’t eat it! The black girl that took my order took 15 minutes to get it ready and I saw her take some old biscuits from underneath the pan from the fresh biscuits and put it in my box! I have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes now with no answer! I am pissed! The woman who took my order needs to be fired! Pathetic customer service and disgusting food! Barely any potatoes and gravy! I’m not going to eat anything else from this place anymore!
