I came through the drive through at 9pm and they were out of salad according to the cashier. This is not new when it comes to this location. Every time at night, they say there are out of something but other locations, I never had this problem. I had to get a big jack tonight and wanted bacon with cheese and they got that wrong as well. Worst location and will not be getting my money anymore. Stay away from there and go get a Big Mac across the way instead

Asked to wait ten minutes for the chicken “to be cooked fresh” AFTER we paid, and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Everything was lukewarm. They didn’t bring our drinks so when we asked for those, she said she’d bring them back out. 3 minutes later I went inside to check and the worker was just doing other things so I had to get it myself. Fries tasted old and unseasoned. I am full and angry I wasted $27 on two meals

I ordered the cheeseburger meal...the fries were too salty so I didn't eat those...but before I got home my stomach was hurting me so bad and I was bloated..I started vomiting and the next day woke up with severe diarrhea..I had got food poison..and since that was all I ate that day..im thinking it happened by eating the cheeseburger...I will never go there again..I live in Dadeville Ala...and this restaurantis really getting bad. On top of that..the heavy set lady and this young boy were going back and forth at each other.....he was saying he hated the job..right in front of a customer..That should have been my clue..to just drive off.atthcheeseburger

Me and my husband decided to dine in which is something we rarely do for Breakfast. When telling the heavy set cashier they forgot my husband's hash rounds she rudely said he didn't order a combo. Upon showing her the receipt that he did, she crumbled the receipt and tossed it at me. Handed me my hash rounds with a glare and no apologies. We won't dine in again.

Stole my money!!! I placed an order online, the restaurant did not have what I ordered, instead of calling to notify me of this they waited for me to show up to pickup & told me then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't cancel my order & they couldn't give me my money back? How is that even possible??? I was told to call the number online to get my money back, but the receipt in my email clearly stated to call this number for cancel or refund which was this Jack's number, but they can't do anything??? So, someone's childish child proceeded to give me attitude because she couldn't do anything about it supposedly. If this young lady is who you have in charge this business will go down quickly because she doesn't care about your customers, couldn't even provide me with the number she says I'm supposed to call because she would rather look a tough guy than show great customer service in front of her also childish co-workers who were trying to yell at me for asking for canceled order & my money back but if you don't have what I ordered then what else can you do other than cancel??? & if order is cancelled, shouldn't I get my money back??? Someone please help me make sense of this
