My order was incorrect AGAIN! Ordered 2 quarter pounders meals (large),10 piece nuggets/w sauce, and fish filet.No sauce and no fish sandwich. This happens continually. I try yo check every time, but my bag was stuffed and I couldn't, quickly see everything. Can't decide if they're making money with shorted orders or saving bags.

I moved to Dadeville 4 years ago and visited the McDonalds here a few times the first year here. Every visit was never up to par with other McDonnalds.Cold food, bad service, long waits and a no care attitude is prevalent with each visit...so I stopped going to this McDonalds years ago.Present day, January 12, 2024, my wife stops in to pick up a small order of food for an afternoon snack....cold food, not all the condiments thatShe ask for, long wait and bad service.This McDonalds is one of the worst that I have ever visited and obviously has not changed. DO NOT EAT HERE!.

I gave it 1 more try because I have the app and get deals that way. But the drive thru girls act like they don't speak English!!! She totally spaced out and retook my order 6 times. She kept repeating quarter pounder with cheese and no onions over and over, then asked me so what did I want on the quarter pounder?!?! I wanted to ask her if she was high?!?!? always a bad experience here. SMH...

Food I ordered was wrong. Tried to tell them and the workers from the kitchen came up to the window and argued with us. Then proceeded to roll his eyes instead of making it right. Employees are rude and hateful. Better management is desperately needed!
