Me and my family have had meals at Oskar's many times over the years. What we saw today were dirty floors, dirty tables, and one young man trying to do everything from bus tables, seat customers, and wait tables. Not sure what the other "servers" were doing. We had a table of 5. Waited over 10 mins and nobody stopped at our table to take drink or app orders. We overheard the fish was frozen and that was it. Not sure what is going on, but something has drastically changed and not for the better. We left and had a great meal at Niffers down the road.
