I placed an order on the app today and pick up 4 sandwiches. The order was partially right, but my foot long steak sandwich was awful! I didn’t order mustard on it and it had mustard just oozing out of it. There was very little else in it but mustard. It seems like the top of the mustard container came off into the sandwich while she was making it. I just don’t understand how the person making a sandwich would like a sandwich like that. I didn’t figure it out until I was eating the sandwich at home. I won’t EVER order in this location on the app because you can’t see what you’re getting! I wasted $15 on that sandwich meal because I couldn’t eat it.

ordered online two bmt with extra meat and double cheese . Both subs were missing extra meat and cheese, the toppings were completely wrong as if the sub makers don't read or speak english. Called the store to complain but the owners don't speak english!

Can’t speak English had trouble with my coupons over charge another customer.and to top it off they want a tip I don’t tip anyone I have to stand in line for order.
Ordered online from there today. I always get the ultimate but I am unable to add extra cheese online no biggie I can put some extra on from home. Cheese is the most important ingredient to me and it has 2× provolone on this sandwich. I dont know what that means I've yet to see any extra slices on mine ever no different than 1× provolone. Anyway today no cheese at all every online order I've gotten in the past year has been missing something or I've gotten a 6in instead of a footlong. Subway costs way too much to look like what they serve here. Do better please all you have to do is read the ticket.i can overlook mistakes but 12 + in a year on online orders from Dadeville store is ridiculous.
They are disgusting and use food out of the garbage sometimes to serve there customers.

A boy no older than 12 was working there and no one spoke english. I get it when chinese restaraunts and family businesses do under the table jobs for family members, but this is a corporate job. Its subway. Very concerning.
How can i trust youre following any corporate rules regarding food safety prep when you have a 12 yo employed?
Everything took multiple minutes longer because of the inability to communicate properly. It was not that busy.

Ordered online, had to get into line just so my order would be made. I ordered two footlongs. When I finally got it. It was 1 ft. Long and one 6 in but I had stood there long enough and there was a crowd behind me. I didn't even complain. Just left. I don't blame the young man behind the counter because he was the only one there. But it seems to be an issue with this store that they don't staff for rush hours. I'd like my 6-in reimbursed since I was shorted.

They fix online orders last and fix peoples orders that come in later when the online order was placed 20 minutes earlier. They always run out of ingredients and the taste sometimes isn't the best
It's 12:23 pm an they only have flat bread to choose from what kind of place doesn't have there place ready to serve you at lunch will never come back to this place

It is 5:40 pm I've tried calling subway for over an hr and no answer at all. I wanted to ask what there prices was because I feel that I was over charged at the alexcity address I was charged I little over 21dollars for two foot long subs no drinks no chips just subs I wasn't given my receipt so the reason for my calling dadeville was to make sure I wasn't over charged then I found myself calling over and over again with no answer. As my food was being prepared I realized there tomatoes still had the core on them but was placed on my sandwich.
Just go make a sandwich/sub yourself! Either they don’t have Bread (surprising b/c first ingredient to make a sub is bread!) or they don’t have the meatballs for the meatball sub, or no steak for the steak and chz. Tried yet again tonight ordered online after 10 mins my order was canceled, NO PHONE CALL, just an email saying “your order has been canceled” try to call to find out why? No answer; not surprising. Don’t bother trying this Subway in Dadeville. Easier and less disappointing making it yourself!!!!

First time placing an online order and probably my last. Ordered the cold cut combo with extra meat....don't think that happened but maybe. Tasted ok. Main complaint is I made a mistake on my pick up time. Once the order is placed there is no way to edit it and I understand that. I tried to call to fix it and after several attempts NO ONE ever answered the phone. When i got there, there were no customers and employees just standing around too busy to answer the phone
