I order pizza at least once a week due to my work schedule and my children's demands for pizza. I am constantly ordering a large cheese pizza with a square cut from my children. I am constantly receiving a large cheese pizza with a pie cut. If this had only happened once, I wouldn't think much of it. But literally 90 percent of the time, I'm receiving an item I did not orde - the cheese pizza with a pie cut. This has probably happened (no lie) about 15 times. Recently, I've been calling the restaurant back explaining the error and they've been happy to apply a discount to my account. So, poor quality control but good customer service, I figure. But it's a decent enough comprise but now I'm having the store tell that (when I call to have the discount applied) there is no credit on the account, or having the manager argue with me about the having had the discounts on my account (while I can hear her employees cursing in the back ground) or receiving my pizza in this fashion. If corporate customer outreach is reading this - I would love for you to contact me.

This place is under staffed and unprofessional. I placed a small order a full 45 minutes ahead of time and they did nor have it ready. They refuse to answer the phone and made light of their error. The greatest offender was the manager. I will never return to this place.
