This new young crew at night are not great. I went in about 7:30 p.m to just get two pizzas and crazy bread I didn't get out of there until 8:55 It took forever just to get somebody to take my order they were in their own little world in the back talking and doing whatever. One guy that said he'd be right back to take my order walked to the back took 30 minutes and then walked out the front door never saw him again. They had no hot and ready pizzas and in the 9 years I've been ordering from here crazy bread has always come with marinara but when I asked for it they actually charged me extra for it, to top it off the pizzas had barely any cheese and were burnt. I used to love going here they use to be so friendly with good customer service. Tonight was just a wreck for me and the several other people that was in there

Wow it takes forever! I ordered ahead of time online and still had to wait over 20 minutes in the waiting room. The employees were moving slow and had no hustle. The lobby was full of people! Other employees were sitting on their butts while people are waiting for their food. They need to get better employees in here.. fast. Also could use a good cleaning. There was trash all over the floor. One employee has his long shoulder length hair down, not pulled back and he had his hoodie pulled up. His long hair was all over the place, probably in the food too. Not very hygienic.

A dasher picked up my order then canceled it, so when I called the store to find out what's going on the MANAGER rudely says, it's been picked up already and then hangs up on me. I ordered it again for pick up this time and when I went to get it questioned her about the first order getting stolen by a door dasher was told basically it wasn't her problem because the door dasher is separate from little caesars. No apology, no explanation, just oh well. Not how I expect a manger to act

I ordered the Four Quarter Calzone. It was extremely salty. Needless to say it ruined the calzone. That was the second time I was disappointed by the food I ordered their. I won't order from there again.

Food was good, I ordered online so I could get it and leave asap. When I got there they talked in the back for 5 minutes, then came out and lied to my face saying, “your food is not ready”. I then preceded to WATCH THEM MAKE IT! They then preceded to not give me any compensation or an apology for the extra 25 minutes I had to wait!

I’m not the type of person to leave a review bt it’s very upsetting that I come here to get pizza for my kid and bread sticks and it’s the 4th time I get breadsticks that are not cooked right all glass and I cooked it upsetting that I spend my money here and I’m not satisfied with the food I want to upload the picture but it doesn’t give me the option so u guys can see what I’m talking about ..
