I work here an we are very good at being patient with our customers we try our best to make every one leave with a smile and satisfaction.
I PAID for 2 packs of sauces. The were out and substituted sauce that I do not like!! It was a delivery order. It was not what I ORDERED and PAID for. And no, that is not a little thing. I live on a fixed income. That was supposed to be my splurge for the month. I did not enjoy the pizza, which was mediocre at best, and I will stick Trifecta in Daleville. I should have known better
This place is bad. Super slow service. Waited 15 mins for my food because the guy at window forgot which parking spot he told me to park at. My recommendation would be when the drive-through delivery spots are full, bite the bullet and just accept that you’re backed up instead of trying to move customers all over the parking lot for their food. Don’t confuse yourself by having them park into the online order spot.
