As good as McDonalds can get! Definitely superior customer service. Very diligent, professional, and friendly manner. Food was fresh and provided quickly.
Had a thirty min lunch break,and it took them 20 min to get food to me,had to scarf it down and throw half of it away because, I could bring into work. Very unhappy it's fast food that took to long to get to customer.
Every time I go through the drive thru they give me and my kids messed up drinks and food that are not properly fixed/prepared and this place should be shut down or have workers that do their job. So much money we have wasted on that disgusting place.
I just came through here for my kids. (May 15, 2025.) My son wanted a 10 peice nugget and fries, my other son wanted a hit and spicy mcchicken, and my daughter wanted two mcdoubles extra pickles. Now, normally (not at this location) when I say extra extra pickles, we get like 4/5 instead of like 3.... y'all the crew put 12 pickles on each burger. Y'all have no idea the happy squeals that I heard throughout the house. And then my youngest counted his nuggets and he got one extra. Omg the squeals happened even more. So Id like the crew that worked on this day to keep it up and always do the damn thing! Cause it's awesome. Im sure the extra nugget was an accident but it added to the squealing which was nice. Thank yall 💓

I ordered from Daleville, AL McDonald's because the Enterprise, AL McDonald's is always messing up my order. Well...I ordered 4 items and only received 3. I called and talked to the manager and she said there's nothing she can do...how about gettin the whole order put in the bag. I suggest if you're going to get delivery from here that you call that store and make sure everything is inside the bag before the delivery person picks it up. McDonald's don't care about these reviews because they'll never go out of business but corporate should take a look at these reviews and fix these simple problems and give the customer true costumer satisfaction. I'm extremely upset and frustrated and not a happy customer, and I lost my hard earned money!!!
Wait 20 mins for curbside order then get half your stuff makes sense.
Decent McDonald's as far as they go. Employees don't go over the top to be friendly, and the whole place is pretty slow. Lobby and facilities were clean. Order was accurate, and the food was actually hot & fresh - just took a little while.

The only problem is when the digital codes don't work.. or it doesn't take and you have to wait an hour to use the app again.
They are awesome today, they messed up at first butt took very good care of my order and made everything right
I ordered a sandwich for my son and the lady gave the sandwich to someone else and acted like the order did not go threw and said something about bringing in the phone the order was on I haven't had to do this before

This was yesterday and today. How can any business be this unreliable?
Good luck getting your orders right in Daleville, because McDonald's and Wendys in this town seem to literally share the employees.
