Basically I went to get sandwiches because I had coupons for my family I was told by the little boy waiting on me they no longer would let anyone use coupons because they gave the workers raises so that was their way of compensating for the raises by taking the coupons away from the customers I will never eat at Subway again there are too many other options then to spend my money where I am not appreciated enough to let the customers catch a break with coupons from time to time. Also all the vegetables on the cold bar were old and wilted.

I prefer to drive out of my way from closer franchises to this location. Always clean and presentable both in the main area and behind the counter. Staff is attentive and engaging and I have always been taken care of promptly and greeted when entering - small things that go a long way.

After waiting 25 minutes to order in person (14th of March 2024) waited another 10 minutes because the employees can't work the cash register!!! Can't pay online, no cash, nothing!! With my order of food that was just made in front of me and no I can't have it!!! Very very bad experience!!! The manager needs to train better!!! Thanks for nothing, had to leave with no food and almost late for work because of bad training!!!!

they’re stingy with the toppings! one lady in there is so rude! she gave us the smallest bread and we asked for another and she gave us one not even an inch longer

I ordered online. We live 20 minutes away. Food said it would be ready at 12:55 and we showed up at 1:07. On our order was 12 radberry cheese cake cookies. When we got there everything was ready except the cookies. We were told they had four ready and we could either wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to put the cookies in the oven (which they should of already of done since they didnt have enough) or we could substitue to another kind of cookie that we didnt want. I wanted a refund for the cookies but they couldnt do that unless they refunded my whole ordwrller of 60 something dollars and recharged me and it would take a couple of days for the money to come back. They then asked if we wanted to drive back home and come back later for the cookies. They ended up giving us cash back for the cookies but now we wasted all that time and left with no sides with our meals.
