My boyfriend went to get three of their grilled cheese burritos. She assumed he wanted steak (nothing wrong with that) but then he corrected and specified beef. She got irritated and charged him for chicken instead, (which is almost 2 dollars more) when he tried to correct her of the total she didn't do anything about it. And she was rude.
