I went around 11:30pm. My food was tossed in the bag and there was very little need in the crunchy taco. I was never given any taco sauce nor was I asked if I wanted any. Was not a good experience after not going for a while. I expected better.

My fiancé and I decided to dine in at the Taco Bell in Daleville, Alabama on Sunday, August 24th, 2025 at 3:17 PM, and we regret doing so! When we entered the establishment, we headed straight to the kiosk to order. Not once were we greeted. Upon submitting our order (Order # 95), I went to find a table to sit at and struggled to do so as all of the tables were dirty. I decided on a table that was the least dirtiest and pulled out my hand sanitizer to sanitize the table to my best ability. A worker did see me do that and brought over a few napkins and gave them to me to wipe down the table in the midst of my fiancé grabbing me napkins. While that was kind, why couldn’t the worker bring out Taco Bell’s own cleaning equipment and assist on the table and the others? Anywho, we get the food, and it was so disappointing. If an item wasn’t extremely cold, it was lukewarm. Nothing was fresh. It all tasted old. For example, the Cinnabon Delights were far from delightful. They were ice cold in the middle. The chips were stale too. It sucks to drop $27.97 on food that we didn’t even enjoy, especially in this day and age where every dollar counts. Our faces were like “🥴” the entire time. Taco Bell used to be so good back in the day. Now I can’t stand it and doubt I will support them again after the decline in service and quality over the years. Just like how we weren’t greeted when entering, we weren’t acknowledged when departing (but another couple was). I can’t support a business who lacks consistency in customer service and who thinks it’s ok to serve food that’s not fresh.

I came here a few times before reviewing. Each time, always forget 1 or 2 things I ordered. When you go back to the counter and inform them, they give you attitude back like it's your fault they got it wrong. Even though the food was made and given, they made it so sloppy and messy, i didnt bother going in to start slapping employees around for their lack of customer service. Taco Bell needs to seriously review who is running this place. Especially right next to a military post. If we stop eating at this place, this store would shut down as they rely on us. Either fix your employees attitude or face this store being bankrupt.

Made a last minute decision to order out. Ordered online and they didn't disappoint. Food is hot and fresh, ready when I got there and my Dr.Pepper was crispy cold. Customer service was great and the cook did his thing 👌 . Thankyou
They were friendly at the drive-through ... remembered to ask if we wanted any sauce. Sister asked for mild.
Got my nephews order right. Then they delivered 3 regular tacos when my sister paid for the grande ... and didn't put any sauce in the bag.

My cheesy roll up was just folded up with barely any cheese, my cantina chicken quesadilla had no sc or guacamole, and no silverware put in for the other food
