I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee add sugar.. made it home took a huge sip and instantly spit it out it was a regular iced coffee no sweetener just cream.. I went back they didn't even remember me which was a little upsetting I was the only customer there at the time I placed my order I literally live 2 miles away but I handed the guy at the drive thru my receipt told him my issue and they fixed a new one and gave me a card for a free drink for my next visit.. Hopefully my next visit is better

I want to say that we are regulars almost everyday at this establishment in Daleville. There is so much potential for this location to make a ton of money! Enough to consider using a employment agency to assist in finding more people who want to work here. We love the coffee and donuts! But sometimes we don't stop because the line is so long! And there are longer wait times. I know it's because you guys are short handed! I stopped over the weekend and saw that there was early closure do to staffing. We love this bean bros and still go because the quality of the drinks and food is always good. I would suggest a manager or owner work a few breakfast hours at this store between the hours of 7-8, Monday through Friday and see how much a few extra hands would benefit daily profit.

Took a couple tries to find what I liked here and I think I finally found it! The iced deer camp is so good! Although a little inconsistent at times I guess it just depends on whoās working but still pretty good! I love that they have a drive thru and itās close to Fort Novosel!

Every time I go to Bean Bro the workers are always nice, friendly and helpful. I'm not the kind of person to try new things but the girl there with red hair and glasses always gives me the best recommendations. My family always makes sure to go to the Daleville location because of her in particular. (There is nothing wrong with the other locations, this one is just friendlier and the girl that works there always joke around with us)

I love the coffee and donuts and my husband is a fan of their energy drinks but thereās a worker at bean bro (sheās in one of the review pictures ācold brewā) reddish hair dye with glasses. Thereās been two times where her attitude out of the gate is giving ā I donāt want to be hereā I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe sheās having a bad day (twice) Iāve been back now 5 times since and itās the same dry, unpleasant attitude in the mornings. I always good morning and Iām very polite even if I donāt get it in return. A lot of my co-workers on base have brought up the same issue of how unpleasant her attitude is. There is one girl (blonde with bangs, freckles and glasses) the sweetest girl, always has a smile and always greets you.

I want to preface this by saying that I love Bean Bro. I live in Enterprise and work in Dothan so Iāve visited many of their locations. However, something has been lacking at the Daleville location that I canāt seem to understand. The past several times I have gone to the location, I have placed my order that I always do and my latte has come out with absolutely no flavor, ice completely melted, and the espresso burnt every time. When I place this exact same order at other locations, I never have this problem. At this point, it feels as if Iām wasting my money to continue visiting this location, which is super inconvenient as itās the most accessible on my route to work. I am going to have to start driving the extra 10 minutes to visit the Enterprise location or door dashing from the Dothan location in the morning since they offer more consistency in the product you offer.

The Bean Bro is my Fort Novosel go-to! Their iced tea is perfection (they leave the tea bags in like I ask). The staff is always cheerful & helpful, whether I'm grabbing my usual (iced tea) or trying something new. Super convenient & worth a stop! ?
