I've lived in the area a long time and the times I've given this place a chance, I've never had a good experience. Wait times are too long, weather it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The employees are kind about it, but whatever structure/management they are under needs to change.

Ive ate at the establishment with my kids many times and held my peace for them..but tonight I purchased a salad for my wife that was supposed freshly made but also fresh hair in the salad...I have reached the end of my days shopping at DALEVILLE WENDY'S... Dont take my word for it whoever is reading Go buy food from them yourself to be disappointed 💯

This one is about as bad as Dothan called management he tells me to call back then ignores my calls. I called back many times with space in-between. I had to call another store for help. I'm asking for district at this point and have contacted corporate but looking at the rating I can not be surprised such bad service is underway. They need entirely new management at this point. Can't enjoy food with such bad service. But I do thank the enterprise business for trying to help me and explain steps to take.

This place was clean and the food was fast and hot so gld cuz I hate cold frys and nuggets the manger with the bun is so nice she offerd napkins and sauce never has someone done that for me will be coming back

Did a mobile order they forgot the drink, fries and toppings for the potato tried calling but can’t hear a thing on the phone had to call and get a refund. The Wendy’s in this area are terrible they mess up everything I’m done with the restaurant
The food was flavorless and the hamburger buns were stale tasting. There were people outside that were standing around smoking by the drive thru. The employees were friendly enough but they were very slow. Ordered 1 sausage biscuit and a drink and had to pull up and park to wait on my order.

6/25/25 Went again for early lunch. Outstanding. Jessica was my cashier in drive through. She was great and the cooks made my food to perfection. I'm happy

I left a bad review from an awful experience back in April. Went today for lunch and the girls were kind to me today. Genuine, and the food was also great. My fries taste like how they should and made it home with them still fresh and warm. Thankyou!

If you want to wait 30+ minutes for bush league food be my guest. Place sucks, staff is on their phones, cars waiting in the parking lot. Hope they go out of business so we can get something better in Daleville. Manager couldn’t lead a horse to water. A joke of a fast food spot to say the least.
