I love Wendy's, was always a Wendy's over McDonald's fan. But every single time I go to this location, the frosty machine has been down. They don't answer their phones when I call ahead and want to know if they have it up or not. They also don't seem to care very much about customers currently. Hope it changes soon.

No one was at the, Fries were undercooked, got a chicken sandwich and asked for no lettuce and they gave me no bun and lettuce as the bun. Overall experience was disappointing.

We walk in and I almost fell. The floors were extremely slippery…like oily slippery…not just wet. We had to use a computer to order our food. No one was at the checkout counter. Went to pickup food at other counter to be informed that they only had diet soda available for our drinks. We were from out of town and not familiar with the area and were also in a time crunch or we’d have left this place.

Waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins to be told over the speaker that it was broke, to come in side. So I drove around and went inside. The lady standing close to the kitchen with the drive thru head set on looked up from her phone and said that I had to use the computer and refused to take my order and went back to her phone. So we left without anything.

night crew sucks i was stuck in line for 30 minutes and my food was cold and they forgot my fries. when i asked for ranch this white middle aged women with short dark hair was rude to me and acted like i was dumb for asking. once again i was stuck in the line for 30 minutes lol?

It was the fasted hard bread service for a 4f4 I guess it's all in what you pay for to be fresh! But the kicker is you have employees standing around and talking other things instead of The freshness of your restaurant food I don't get it. I want my money back.

Went through the drive through during lunch. Ordered a big bacon classic meal. Checked the bag before I drove away, saw fries and a burger. Later driving, realized I was given a flat Dr. Pepper and a Junior bacon cheeseburger and since only had limited amount of time for lunch, couldn’t get it resolved. Not sure why I keep going back because this is a regular problem.
