I love them and hands-down, the best coffee anywhere but they are literally the slowest place I’ve ever been especially in Pine level. If you have to go to work, you don’t need to go there because they’ll make you late with how slow they are. I sat in that line for over 20 minutes, and there was only one car in front of me.
The drinks are always perfect. Elliano’s is the only coffee shop that consistently makes perfect frozen drinks.
My review is for this particular location ONLY. & I would actually give 1 star if it were based on staff alone. Staff is never particularly friendly or excited to make your order. LOOK ?!! This is the BEST Ellianos in the NATION HANDS DOWN!!! They are ALWAYS on point! I don’t know whose grandma comes in early in the morning and makes the grits, but she made grits for Jesus!! I have to have one at least 3 times in a work week! Please show the rest of them how to make THESE grits, so if I’m not at home I don’t have to suffer with burnt grits!!!
