I came here to get a meal replacement shake. I had never been here before and was impressed. The menu was vast from, shakes, smoothies, and teas. I asked the man working there that he recommend and he said the banana puddin meal shake was a customer favorite. It did not disappoint! It was delicious and the vanilla wafers on top were a nice touch. Y’all have to check this place out.

This is the best nutrition shop I've been to!! The specialty teas are fantastic!! The staff are wonderful knowledgeable people!! I have visited every day this week!! Sooo good!
