the music was very loud in the drive through. i got an iced mocha that tastes like fake chocolate syrup. one of the ladies was smiling when she took our order so not a 1 star. everything else was subpar

Terrible experience, not sure what changed this store has really gone downhill lately! Manager not very helpful, provided a number for “corporate” no returned call! Then the email on website, all they did was email back a free drink! That doesn’t resolve the issue!

I ran through early morning, I have a seven month old who’s teething so I needed a little something. I got locked in on autopilot and did not try my coffee until I got home, where then shortly realized there was a hair in it. I turned around and went back, and they were amazing. When I returned, they were very kind and understanding. They issued me a refund as well as re-making my drink.
That is customer service. No fuss, no issues. Cordial customer, and cordial and understanding workers. Those girls were amazing.

7Brews Blonde on a free drink card Saturday December 6th at 7:15pm. had asked them to make sure it was a frozen not a chilled. I think they had already made a chilled and just put it in the blender and chopped the ice up. it was very watered down with little coffee taste. Is that quality protocal on your drinks now?

I typically don’t leave negative reviews or reviews at all . However, i frequent this location literally every single day ! Tonight i came thru and got my usual blue raspberry energy drink and the new holiday drink. They handed my drink to the wrong car , their window went up as the girl is telling her that that one was mines and they ordered a blue raspberry fizz . They proceeded to give me the drink from that car & i simply asked for it to be remade ! They all looked crazy and asked why ? If we’re having to ask why a drink needs to be remade after being given to someone else , something is wrong ! They did so 3 times , before saying they would remake it so i just asked for my money back !
