Food used to be bussin but last few times I’ve ordered take out it’s just nasty. Honey shrimp is soggy af, no crunch. Sauce is too thin… cheese wontons are usually aight but the filling was gritty. Bummer.

The food taste has really gone down hill in the last year as well as the customer service. After I placed my order I drove the 20 minutes to pick it up. There were about seven cars in front of me. When I got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around front and they would have someone bring out my order, which was the first time they had done this, but I didn’t mind.10 minutes go by, and they still haven’t brought my order. I was about to call them when I got a call from them saying they had my food ready and wanted to know where I was parked. I told them right in front of the door where I had been the last 10 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me I have to get back in the line to get my order behind about 10 other people because they were swamped and hung up.They have lost my business for good.

Loved trying the Happy Family Meal with Unsweet Tea & it's all good for my taste of my experience & it's my first time to dine in Taste of China in Decatur, AL.

Hadn’t been here since before covid and most people seem to do drive thru now, but it is open and you can sit inside or outside at a picnic table. Food is very good, with affordable prices. It’s 20 miles from my house, If I lived closer I’m sure I’d visit more. I especially like that you can get a combo plate at dinner (entree, spring roll & fried rice), which is unique since most restaurants only have it at lunch.

Look, their food is good but i woke up this morning sicker than I've ever been. The food was spicy and I've never had spicy lo mein or orange chicken that was too spicy to

This is the best Chinese food we have had in or near Decatur. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. The customer service was also great.

Love this place, their food is great and the negative reviews of people not adhering to how they take orders are ridiculous. Just call ahead or place an online order. I hope we can be respectful to how they utilize their window. Thank you for great food and service!

My go-to, and overall best in Decatur! Easy online ordering and pickup window. Most amount of food for your money.

Food is great. Prices are excellent. You can't go it just go to right side of building. They have a drive thru!!!

There is no place better than this in Decatur/Priceville/Huntsville. This is the best tasting New York/American Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s seriously that good. I recommend the General Tso’s but to be honest, everything on the menu is seriously good.

Carry out only, still reasonable pricing. Love their Orange Flavor Chicken and pork fried rice. Egg rolls are good.

Today my coworker and I ordered lunch from here because it was close to our job. We ordered beef fried rice and all we received was fried rice. when we called to let them know that there was no beef in the rice they wanted pictures, we sent them a picture of the rice in the carton they wanted us to dump the rice out onto a plate so they can get a better view. Mind you this is our lunch break and we are at work so we’re trying to scrounge up a paper plate to dump the rice onto. after finally finding a plate we took a picture and sent that The lady on the phone proceeded to argue with me that there was no possible way there was not any beef inside the dish. She’s right there was some beef inside the dish one little piece of beef! This is not even about the cost of the fried rice because it was only five dollars. It is the PRINCIPLE AND THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never eat here again and I will make sure that I tell all my friends, family and coworkers not to patronize this business.

Empty drive through, i pull up & ask for a simple order. they refuse to take my order! They say call in and please move. Still, no one in the drive through and they have lost my business because they won't bother to accept my business!

This restaurant usually has good food and service, however, it seems that things have changed recently. Last night we ordered, and they got half the order wrong. Biggest thing- We ordered the House Chow Mein, but what we got had absolutely no noodles, looked completely different, and had a brown sauce. Did not realize it until we got home (ordered ahead and went through the drive thru). Tried to call three times, but no one would answer the phone. Would not be able to get up there before they closed, so went up there the next day WITH the food that was wrong. They refused to admit it was the wrong dish. Even showed them a picture on Google of what Chow Mein was supposed to look like, and how it looked nothing like what I had received (or had received in the past for that matter). Still refused to make it right. I understand that restaurants get busy, and make mistakes, but to not make an effort to make it right with a repeat customer, and act like I don't know what dish I ordered is an insult! It will be awhile before I even think about eating here again!

I wanted to try something new so I was going to go in so I could look at the menu. Togo menus are next to the front door but you can’t go in so I went to the drive thru window to place my order and was asked to call it in because they were busy. I informed the person I was the only one in line and asked if she could take the order and was told no I needed to call it in. I understand busy I don’t understand crapy customer service and I will not be back.
