Applebee's Grill + Bar

I usually drop in there every now and then and its usually pretty good but my girlfriend would never go with me but finally got her to join me and I proved her right,horrible horrible horrible.The perfect margaritas had black stuff floating in it so they replaced it and the 2nd one had more then the 1st.Food wasn't prepared good but the manager did try and correct the problem but to no avail

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Applebee’s! From start to finish, everything was perfect — warm atmosphere, delicious food, and truly world-class service.

A huge shout-out to Restaurant Manager Mr.Carlton, whose personal touch made all the difference. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, checked on every detail, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare these days to see that level of pride and professionalism, and it really showed.

We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Carlton, and the entire team for an unforgettable dining experience. Absolutely outstanding! 👏👏👏

My wife and I went there Oct 31 at 5 only a few people there got seats in bar area so we could watch TV there was to tables were people was sitting sit there for 15 minutes watched the other to tables get drinks and food never got anyone to take or order walked by us at least 10 times no hi no can we help u this was 2 different waiters felt like we were getting ignored because we are white and the other tables had people of color sitting never will be back yall suck

Well, it is Applebee's. But, this location was triple whammy (boo). No draft beer available because the cooler isnt working, appetizer we selected was not available. Even something simple like broccoli wasn't available. But this not the servers fault. She was incredible, personable, and genuinely apologetic.

Also, I noted that this location has torn or ripped pleather at some booths.

Lets try to rally around and get this place some TLC.

They don't close until 10pm on Sundays me and my wife came in at 9:11 and we were seated and told someone would be with us shortly. We waited until 9:45 and no one came over to take our order. The staff seemed more interested in drinking their beers at the bar than assisting with customers. So we got up and left gave our money to Steak 'n Shake instead. Who with only 10 minutes to close seemed more than happy to have us. We of course ordered our food to go since it was so close to closing. We would have been able to get there earlier if Applebee's hadn't wasted all of our time to not help us. That staff last night is horrible and needs to be fired immediately. The staff at Steak 'n Shake however deserves a raise for their hospitality.

I cant lie, this location has gotten way better. We always go for lunch and the servers are always super nice. The burgers are great and I tried the bourbon street chicken and it was so good. Also nice to see the manager going around checking on people. You don't see that often anymore.

We get there and the hostess is nowhere to be found. We waited 10 mins, the place was dead. We get to our table and the waiters just walk by without acknowledging us. A family came in 10 minutes after us to be served immediately. That was as low as you can go, we walked out. Don't treat people like that and expect to be treated decent without returning it, not happening. She openly asked them how everything is going. We didn't even get asked what we wanted to drink. Stay far away from this place, people are not welcoming. Go to Madison, the people are extremely friendly and serve you fast.

We walked in on a Saturday night, surprisingly it wasn't busy at all, we waited 10 minutes to get called back. We didn't mind to wait, but what really set us off is when we were waiting at our table and people came in and were immediately served. Do better! You serve the people that come in first! Don't come to this one, people aren't friendly, not a warm welcoming.

Had the 2 entrees add appetizer for 25.00. Burgers were perfectly cooked, mine was too spicy for me but once I removed the jalapenos it was delicious, fries were delicious and spinach artichoke dip was awesome. Our waitress was exceptional. Food was delivered timely. The only complaint was that the restaurant was dingy. Carpet seemed dirty, and restaurant was dark, but not in a good cozy way. Floor going to bathroom was greasy slick like mop head needed replacing. Bathroom, although seemingly clean, smelled like dirty, mildewy mop.

It's a Applebee's.
Food was ok. All Applebee's are different pending the cooks. However, what made this one was the bartender. She was great, very good at her job and funny. Wish I could remember her name. I would give her 10stars.

I got the salmon plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. The green beans were delicious and I wish I had gotten double sides of those instead of the potatoes. The potatoes were a bit cold and pasty in texture.

We sat at a high top in the bar area and our waitress was the bartender. There were several people at the bar but overall the restaurant was relatively empty but probably normally for a Monday night.

Haven't been here in a while.
I had a ice tea and chicken quesadilla. Hot and tasty. Received food quickly and it wasn't busy...12 noon.

I was received by my waitress with a smile and the food was to my best satisfaction also to not miss out the atmosphere was very relaxed and peaceful. Keep up the good work. I will sure be back!!!
