My server Brittany was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and patient with the questions I asked her. I will be asking for her in the future!

Had the worst experience last night ordered door dash, and the pecan blondie was extremely had, couldn’t even bite through it. I ordered the steak and said cook medium well, they cooked it medium Rare!

Slow service sitting at the bar. The bartender seems overwhelmed. Bar is not full but she has to serve the the tables around

Edit. Bathroom is disgusting. Floor is sticky and every time I look around servers/ employees are standing around.
If this is what Applebee's has become then just close the doors now.

We were seated by hostess and told she would be back with si eeware. She never brought it. We waited 30+ minutes before the waitress came and got our drink order. Still no silverware. We gave our drink order, appetizer, and food at same time. Asked for silverware for second time. Our appetizer came out and we again asked for silverware and we were given plastic ware cause they had no silverware wrapped per the waitress. When food came out you could tell it had been sitting the steak ordered medium was well done. Manager was out yalking to people next to us cause they too were having a bad experience. We told her about the steak they did fix it but manager said she would be back to talk to us and never came back. Ohh yeah and we had to ask for real silverware so my husband would have a steak knife to cut his steak! An out right HORRIBLE Experience. Plus we heard manager tell another couple that she signed applebees offer to be manager with her soul. Just very unprofessional and excuses consistently being given instead 9f just apologizing and fixing. We won't go back to the Decatur Applebee's it's happened there too many times.

Food is delicious, waiter was kind and the manager gave us free food and 10% off!! Love it here and I WILL come again!!

We went today February 13th for Valentine's and Anniversary date. There were plenty of tables and several servers but we were told there would be a 15 minute wait. There were probably 10 to 12 people waiting right inside the door. The Asst. Manager came from the kitchen and started seating people. There was a large birthday party and I guess that is what had the kitchen behind. But Tiara, the bartender, was great!! She was waiting on and serving the tables in the bar area like a Queen! Food was just ok. But she was great!

Took forever to get service and we were ready to walk out until Yolanda showed up to assess st after we asked mgr for a server twice! Yolanda was extremely nice, great personality and willing to step right up while we watched other employees just “hanging out” Thank you Yolanda!

Waited 30 minutes and no one offered to take our order. Slow night. It wasn't as if the place was slammed. Sorry service.

I usually drop in there every now and then and its usually pretty good but my girlfriend would never go with me but finally got her to join me and I proved her right,horrible horrible horrible.The perfect margaritas had black stuff floating in it so they replaced it and the 2nd one had more then the 1st.Food wasn't prepared good but the manager did try and correct the problem but to no avail

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Applebee’s! From start to finish, everything was perfect — warm atmosphere, delicious food, and truly world-class service.

A huge shout-out to Restaurant Manager Mr.Carlton, whose personal touch made all the difference. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, checked on every detail, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare these days to see that level of pride and professionalism, and it really showed.

We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Carlton, and the entire team for an unforgettable dining experience. Absolutely outstanding! 👏👏👏
