“I walked up to the door and it was locked during business hours. So I saw some cars going through the drive-thru and went around. It was Sunday afternoon, and I expected them to have the dining area open. They said their employees didn't show up for work, so they only had the drive-through open. There were only two of them, and the wait was short. They were polite and got my order ready quickly. I left highly satisfied.“
“I've always enjoyed the food there. Until...I ordered a drink (strawberry lemonade), let me add, I have a sensitivity to cold, and some drinks are extremely cold due to the amount of ice put in the drink. First, I ordered no ice, I was told that I couldn't order with no ice, so I changed it to light ice. Well, I was told I couldn't modify my drink. So, let me get this straight. I'm spending my money and I can't get what I want.
The reasoning behind this is that the lemonade is costly, and therefore, I have to take my drink filled with ice. So, I kindly took my order without a drink and went to Zaxbys, which was out of my way, but they had no hassle over me ordering with light ice or no ice. I don’t know if every Arby's is doing that, but I will no longer be going back. Thanks Arby's for the cold food.“
